im Cramer: The Federal Government Should Stop Collecting Taxes from Businesses and Individuals to Fight Coronavirus
Breitbart ^ | 03/12/2020 | John Carney

Posted on 03/12/2020 8:43:13 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

Jim Cramer has a radical plan to fight the economic toll of the coronavirus: suspend federal tax collection.

“The federal government should not be taking in any money whatsoever from any major companies, so the major companies can have the cash flow. Also with individuals, so individuals can have the cash flow,” the CNBC anchor said on Thursday morning. “There’s no need for the federal government to take any money in right now. Print the darn money.”

Cramer reverted to his CNBC Demagagic Party media shill ways -- HE knows more, CNBC knows more, than the gov't, Trump's proposals don't go far enough and won't work, blah blah blah..

Stop collecting the taxes. Shut down all non-essential Federal Agencies.

Tax free income for the resuarant worker without health insurance isn’t going to be enough to keep them away from work if they are sick. Better to provide them with temporary unemploymemt and medical care. That has to br cheaper than the potential hospitalization costs for everone that person serves.

Why just have a trillion dollar deficit when you can have the biggest, most spectacular, biggest deficit in history of $2 trillion or $3 trillion?

Why not?

The Feds print whatever money they want anyway.

I’ve got a better idea.

Let the Federal Government stop SPENDING until the (supposed) crises is over.

Also (stealing someone else’s idea) lets postpone the election for as many months as the (supposed) crises continues.

I like the way you think. If D.C. gets real bad, we could nuke it from orbit just to be sure. Are they closing the L4 labs and sending virologists home?

That’s right. 2019 revenues were $3.4T. This clown argues for a $4.4T deficit.

This coronavirus event is instructive. I am taking notes on how people and FReepers react. Informative.

Do that then come January 3rd you have no House of Representatives and only 2/3rd of your Senate. Chuck Schumer would be the Senate Majority Leader and some Democrat will be President Pro Temp and President come January 20th. Good plan. </sarcasm>

You forgot to say that we wouldn't have a President. No. The people who are there would stay there until we have another election. I know this would mean Pelosi sticks around, but I think the idea of postponing the elections would so roil the left, that this Corona BS would end pretty quickly.

That's the President Pro Tem becoming president on January 20th part. He/she's third in the line of succession.

The people who are there would stay there until we have another election.

There's this pesky little document called the "Consitution". Article I and Article 2 gives the length of the term in office and the 20th Amendment mandates when elective terms in the House, Senate, and President end and nothing would allow anyone to serve past their mandated terms.
