The work crew had started ripping off the roof of Belinda Hungate's home in Spring Hill on February 20 when she was woken by the noise.
She then confronted the crew, but she said that they didn't speak English.

'They did not speak English. The sub-contractor is from Honduras. No business cards, no contractors license,' her husband Philip Hungate told DailyMail.com.
'My wife called me at work in a panic saying there were guys on the roof and they were tearing things off.'

Was the contractor a direct descendent of Genghis Khan?
Excellent!
GMTA!
So a guy trespasses on your property and builds a house, or a shack, or pitches a tent and you think the right thing to do is to buy the house, tent or shack from him at full price? You have the nerve to call me a communist?
The advice given by the radio host was pretty wise. The builder screwed up. Big time. He probably had E/O insurance to cover some of his loss if he was smart. The advice was to buy the house at a very low cost but at least enough to cover the materials. The other way would be to kick the guy off, prosecute him, and financially destroy him. If you can’t see that, you need to examine your epistemology (That means to understand why you believe what you believe) because you’re on the wrong site.
Might the homeowner’s insurance get involved? Vandalism?
Keep arguing against things that you imagine that I said.
Are you winning the argument against your imagination?
Do you often argue against yourself in public?
