They still live large but have advised me, regarding real estate investments, “Don’t buy anything over five thousand square feet, sooner or later it will get on your nerves.”

I used to think that was all about misplacing the keys or the phone. Turns out a big place wakes you up every day moaning, FEED ME. Upkeep and repair hassles like you wouldn’t believe.

The WSJ makes it seem like these former colleagues of Biden's are doing the "honorable" thing and leaving voluntarily. Usually, they've lost a re-election bid, got indicted, or leave in a wooden box.

And the ones who do leave voluntarily, do so because they have a lobbying job lined up that's even more lucrative than their job on Capitol Hill.
