I’m all for this. That will immediately identify mentally unstable people who need to be institutionalized if they are Americans, and denied entry if another nationality.

Passports do not identify “gender.” They identify sex and this is a biological reality that has only two options: Male and Female. For those who think otherwise: please report back to your high school biology class.
That’s what I was thinking! Some countries might not let them in, or worse, might persecute and/or prosecute them for having “nonconforming” gender issues.
