It is the traditional color of wealth, and the mandala of the ancient Buddhists has white, red, green, blue and yellow. The color yellow represents enrichment. That deity of that mandala is the all enriching deity called Ratnasambhava who vanquishes poverty of mind , speech and body, and can bring enrichment.

I do not think the yellow tie was an accident. Neither was the green sash of Melania’s, the color green represents enlightened activity.

The Indians I work with are generally great people who vote Republican.

I and my wife just attended a wedding anniversary party for a US citizen who was originally from India. We were definitely the minority there, but everyone was charming and they reached out to us. The speakers even restated everything in English that was said in Hindi.

I realize most all came here as H1-Bs, but none were that in the banquet room. They are all citizens and are conservative voters, as they don’t like high taxes, squandered tax dollars, or crime.

Yet you know some who are conservative

That’s very nice but does nothing to change the reality of how most vote and that they buy into color blame game here

I love Jewish weddings and black fried chicken and catfish and find Jews engaging and sharp and rural blacks warm and congenial but none of that changes how most vote

PS my business experience with Indians doesn’t ape your social interactions with them

And boy are they racist too. Have heard from two friends who were passed over by Indian managers for other Indians

I once worked for Indians. They owned the company. They were not racist in any way, although they hired other Indians when they could. But most of us were not. We were all treated equally.
