Sotomayor is worried that the left’s hold on the courts is weakening.
How much has our society been changed not by the will of the people but by a few judges pushing their own agenda?
Sotomayor is young enough that she will have a long time just sitting there on the losing side.

Liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued a blustering dissent in an ideologically split 5-4 Supreme Court ruling released Friday night in which she accused the five conservative justices who voted in the majority of repeatedly favoring the Trump administration. Does this dipshit understand she's admitting that the opposite is true? That four progressive liberal USSC Judges routinely vote against the American people and the United States Constitution?
Wise latina my lilly white ass.

If Justice Sotomayor believes she is in a hostile work environment, she always has the option of resigning from her appointment and accepting the fairly generous pension terms, no questions asked. After all, she does not NEED to take the abuse an the perceived bias of the other members of the court, her services may be better appreciated elsewhere.
But then, she knows perfectly well what she will and will not tolerate and accept. When she has reached the limits of both, she knows what she must do.

The courts are clearly political. Cant escape that. The real question is which is worse: political courts or no courts?

It’s not a case of favoring the Trump administration, but favoring the rule of law.

So when will we read about the Chief Justice scolding the Wise Latina? Or are his rants about politicizing SCOTUS decisions limited only to the president?

All I hear is, blah blah racism blah, from this intemperate affirmative-action justice.

Blustering dissent is right!
I originally thought the author misspoke and meant "blistering" but after reading her words "blustering" is correct.
