It is vital to replace Thomas and Alito if he retires in the next 5 years with Strict Constructionists and it is even more vital to replace as many of the Gang of Four as possible with Strict Constructionists.
Once that is done, these nationwide injunctions which have no constitutional basis can be forever banned as well as reams of unconstitutional gun grabbing legislation.

Democrat presidents stack the Court with liberals who wipe their asses with the Constitution. The Republican presidents stack the Court with alleged “strict constructionists” who sometimes also wipe their asses with the Constitution.
