"President Trump doesnt want Africans flooding into his country. But lets be honest. Who really does? Certainly not any other world leader of this era. Trump just happens to be the one bold or uncaring enough to say the quiet part out loud. Hes the rare white politician sparing us the trouble of deciphering what he might think. And Nigerians love him for it."

If have more respect for him if he banned the Saudis (who have actually killed Americans) and the Chinese.
Africans are more honest about their country than American liberals are about Africans.
Nigeria is also a hotbed of terrorism. I guess the Washington Post forgot to mention that. Not really their fault.
So the author regurgitating every leftist lie against Trump is “good and interesting”?
Build a giant wall around the entire continent; nobody and nothing in or out. Go back in 100 years and see if it’s okay for human habitation again.
She can’t hide the truth in her beliefs. Look to the quotes from the Nigerians, not her opinions.
With all the outlandishness his presidency has unleashed, he has shown that America isnt some ideal place where leaders and the media and the opposition always conduct themselves with decorum. He has exposed the African in all of you.
Let’s just say I appreciate the chock-filled business opportunities courteously disseminated by email that are afforded us by our Nigerian buddies compared to the average spiel of a commie-Democrat.
Africans are more honest about their country than American liberals are about Africans.
...
Liberals are shocked that black people are called black in Africa.

I’ll see-you and raise you — all non-white immigration should be stopped. And even immigration from Europe should be closely monitored — heck, with their less-than-replacement birthrates, they can’t afford to lose a single Jacques, Hans, or Luigi.
I don’t wish harm to any people anywhere — well, the ones who aren’t Moslems, anyway — but we can’t continue to dilute our culture and traditions. Let these foreigners prosper in their own countries and preserve their own cultures and traditions.
“6 in 10 Nigerians believe that Trump will do the right thing regarding world affairs.
“...Trump as tough, no-nonsense, blunt, pro-religion and entertaining could be in part why a majority of people in this deeply religious and most populous country in Africa like him.”
“Like a fire eater, he swallows every challenge that comes his way: Stormy Daniels, Russia, Ukraine, impeachment. Each time it appears as if hes down, he rises, seemingly stronger.”
Trump once described African nations as s###### countries. Many Africans agree. Ask the multitudes risking death by drowning to escape to Europe.”
“Most local frustrations about the travel ban are directed at the government of Muhammadu Buhari, rather than at Trump. Multiple local media reports have said that the Trump administration tried for more than a year to work with the Nigerian government to upgrade our countrys information-sharing procedures and avoid the ban.”
These are all quotes from the article that describe a desire for structure and law in a country plagued by terrorism, and Trump seems to be the only president to recognize the real problem.
Nigeria made the banned list because its basic documents like birth certificates can be easily purchased and are completely unreliable and unverifiable.
Why would any 3rd world or developing nation want its “best and brightest” to LEAVE?
She is projecting her opinions into her writing. The author is not a Trump supporter, but she describes a positive international spirit that we are NOT seeing in the news.
It’s crazy but I like it.
Darn, sure wish I could access the article but I have to have a subscription to do so.........
Maybe they can come back rich? I don’t know.
