My one and only husband was like that. Told me to go to marriage counseling so I could learn how to deal with his womanizing. I went to see a counselor, and came out learning that what I was feeling was absolutely normal. I got rid of him 40 years ago, and never looked back. Raised my two sons alone, and never got married again. No person is worth losing your self-image and values for. I learned a long time ago that I'd rather be alone and be happy, than live with someone and be perfectly miserable. He became a Jehovah Witness, married the bimbo he was living with, and has never tried to contact his children all this time. He doesn't even know our youngest son (49 years old today) had surgery and chemo treatments last year. His loss, not ours.

what a load of crap. I am short. Sometimes I Have to ask people to get something if I can’t step on a shelf to get it. They kindly do.
But if she was just someone shopping at a store in my aisle I wouldn’t ask her. She looks too mean. I look at the person before I ask. I take a pass on any grumpy looking person.
That’s really sad. I can’t blame a woman (or a man) in your shoes for never remarrying. Contrary to FReeper logic, men make a lot of women miserable as well, in both life and marriages.
