Democrats spend a lot of time passing stuff that won’t ever happen.
Here you go, Senate Republicans, pass a companion bill allowing the federal government to sue the employers of illegals for any labor violations and upon victory, former employees can present lawful documents proving they did not commit perjury when they were hired and can collect the money in their home countries, after they have returned.
Any money unclaimed each year can go towards required security improvements for the border.
Wow. This’ll certainly lock down the illegal immigrant vote for the Dems. Good job.
List everyone that voted for this garbage and make a nice little commercial before the primaries.

Hey, this is good! Make it more difficult and irritating for employers to hire illegals. We can get the progs to gut H1-B visas as well if we allow them to leave employers without going through hoops. Make them less subservient and employers won’t want as many. It’s not just about money, many scumbag bosses like insecure sycophants.
They already can sue. There have several large multi-million settlements with large agri-businesses here in eastern Washington over the past few years. They have a mixture of legal and illegal employees.
