This Act may be cited as the “New Way Forward Act”. TITLE I—End Mandatory Detention and Require Probable Cause for Arrest

It’s odd though.
Every time Rs or Ds hold ALL the power, they never do all the things they promised the base. Or rarely.
Under obummer with a house/senate controlled by dems, taxes didn’t go to 90 percent, there was no wholesale citizenship given out to 10 million illegals, gas powered cars weren’t to be phased out in 5 years...the deficit wasn’t much different under obummer as it was before and after...
They DID damage for sure! TREMENDOUS! But they could have done even more, as scary as that is.
As for the Rs, no wall..no healthcare reform...no slashing of budget..when they owned the congress and Presidency...Trump tried, they failed him.
It’s very revealing of who Progressive Liberal Leftist Democrats really are. They snuck this under the door while everyone was looking at the shiny object over in the Senate as Magician Adam Schiff-for-Brains was distracting everyone with his razzle-dazzle dancing to disguise his lies and try to display his footless stocking without a leg. Not only did he fail to pull a rabbit out of a hat, he had no hat, meanwhile, the other democraps were sneaking this rabbit under their hats into the Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship. . . by the way, did anyone notice their other magic trick when they combined two subcommittees, one on immigration and one on citizenship into one? Yup, they did!

Yup- obama was testing the waters to see how much the left could get away with before revolt started- He didn’t go nearly far enough as far as many democrats were concerned- and you can bet that if hillary had been elected (Spit on ground pitopoey!) that we would have likely nearly completely lost our second amendment rights, gay ‘rights’ (interpretation = SPECIAL RIGHTS) would have been implemented wholesale- and attacks on us conservatives woudl have increased since obama basically got away with it- and climate change regulations would have gone htroyugh and devastated us-
obammer also gave away our sovereignty partially- Trump took it back though- He also enabled terrorist nations by lifting sanctions and giving them billions- He did a lot of damage, like you say- more than people realize I think- but he wasn’t even as radical as many of the democrats running today-
I’ve said it many times, I truly believe we are one radical liberal president and house & senate away from massive changes for the worse in this country- We’re just holding onto our sovereignty and greatness by a thread unfortunately- and we’re losing our sanity as a nation- seriously losing it- when scientific fact no longer even matters (ie the gender nonsense- men competing as women, men using same bathrooms and showers as little girls, 50 different genders now supposedly- trannies given the right to dress alongside women and children of opposite sex- etc=—
Things are sliding very quickly into the muck and mire- and I do honestly fear a radical liberal becoming president- obama and clinton were bad enough- but they were mild compared to the nuts running for office now- This new crop of radicals don’t even pretend to hide their disdain for this country and their radical agendas from us like democrats of old at least tried to do- -
and that’s the point- they are sneaking crap like this into our laws all across this nation, little by little- destroying the very fabric of this nation-
They are sneaky, deceitful, and hateful of everything we stand for as a nation- We always have to be on our guard against them but unfortunately, even though we are they still manage to sneak crap like this through piecemeal all across the nation- Look at NY- Protecting violent gang members, murderers and rapists against deportation and even against arrest- other states too- like california- letting them go in the streets- and everyone in Cali just ignores it- till those same violent felons murder or rape them or their kin- but then they are only a ‘lone voice in the wilderness’ that can’t be heard above the din of the left’s Anti-American drumbeat-
We’re losing vast tracts of land in this country to radical lefties that want to see this country destroyed for some unknown reason- Apparently so they can then declare ‘states of emergency’ to ‘justify’ violating everyone’s constitutional rights- like they did in NY with their asinine illegal unconstitutional ‘Safe Act’-

We’re in very deep trouble. I understand 44 radical Reps have signed off on this legislation. Politics and elections are relics of the past as long as people with this mindset are in positions of power.
Yes and they have been trying it for years. This bill is a no starter with the shape the two branches of government are in, the Senate will never pass and the President will never sign. Yes, use it as a club during the elections but I would not get too worried about it.
The other way the dems are “fundamentally changing America” is by importing all of the middle eastern “refugees” (spit,spit, spit). This shit has to STOP now. This is far worse than letting a million spics into our nation.
