the Collins reelection probabilities are irrelevant compared to being an American Senator
If she votes no, then America can assume she puts self above country
In so doing she sign her death warrant
Off with her head

Not to worry, the next impeachment starts by the end of the week, although they may delay it until the end of next week.
They can't stop, it's quite literally all they've got.
What else can they run on? Their record? Their results?
also, see tagline...

More time than I would have, for sure.
But to your point, he gave them MORE than enough rope to hang themselves.

He should announce that all future impeachments will be reviewed for due process rights of the accused, including appeals rights to the Judicial branch before being taken up by the Senate for trial.

Yup. I fully expect the Dems will put student loan forgiveness into their platform and it will draw throngs of Millenial lemmings out to the polls. Let’s not get caught sleeping at the switch.

So, when is the voting on the articles of impeachment expected to take place?

McConnell, whether you agree with him or disagree with him, has ensured that originalist judgement has been returned to the Federal Courts... He worked for Decades to make this happen... I hope that those that tend to anger when they see someone not do what they want, will keep that in mind the next time they see someone no do exactly what they would do, or what they want them to do in a given situation.

The Kentucky Republican pointed the finger at House Democrats, arguing they were the ones to abuse powerOf course, Schiff and Pelosi should be admonished, maybe that Virginia Dem can offer a resolution to condemn them.

I watched Cocaine Mitch this morning, he did a GREAT job. There were a few times when he said something with his usual subdued sly smile. LOVED it!
In Contrast: The very bitter Schmuckie Schumer, slouched over the podium, glaring over his spectacles like a big shnozzed lizard, bitter and exhausted because he just had his @ss kicked.

Mr. Trump was impeached on a party-line vote by House Democrats No, there was bipartisan rejection of impeachment in the House, as two Democrats voted with Republicans.

The Seinfeld Impeachment
That's good. The Senate should pass a resolution saying that every time the House Managers get up to speak, they must be preceded by 15 seconds of the Seinfeld theme music.
