Lawyers cleared Ukraine-aid wording night before Trump-Zelensky call: emails
NY Post ^ | Jan. 22, 2020

White House budget office documents show lawyers approved language delaying Ukraine aid the night before President Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

An email written by career budget official Mark Sandy, released with hundreds of other communications late Tuesday, says White House Office of Management and Budget lawyers approved language stalling the aid on the night of July 24.

The email indicates the hold was planned before the call, providing a counterpoint to Democrats who note the Pentagon was notified after the conversation between the leaders.

This is going to backfire on these people...I pray it will. This is wrong. Our president has endured a thousand cuts, compared to nothing done to Obama, Bush etc.

The man only wants to do his job...he gets no support from the media, even his own side has a questionable agenda, (Please see: Senator Flake).

Further, there was a report buried in all the hoopla few weeks back the funds were released once White House confirmed all NATO allies were committing to meet their announced funding for Ukraine.

This whole thing is nothing piled on nothing.

But I expect the same “thousand cuts” for all future presidents. Especially Democrat presidents. I demand fairness.

I believe that no other president would be able to take the abuse that is being given to Trump.

I bet that Democrats will cry foul and want to make peace if their guy wins. No peace!

"Is this the gotcha moment?"

There will be no end to 'gotcha momments' for Trump as long he is in office.

Unfortunately for Democrats, RINOs, and other Swamp Creatures, Trump seems uniquely suited to taking everything that they can through at him.

Yes, and in my honest opinion there are two simple reasons why the media and democrats hate him so much..

(1) Trump is not in it to make a lifelong cushy living. He donates his $400,000 salary for construction and repair of veteran’s cemeteries. Which frees him to do whats best for the American people instead of what is best for the ruling class Swamp.

(2) Trump actually fights back ALL attacks. I have not seen this from any president since I arrived in this country during JFK election.

No, he pre-cleared this with Legal, they said it was ok. Plus, this falls under his foreign affairs power, Congress cannot usurp this power from the President.

NY POST OP-ED----Schumer’s party wants him to play it as partisan as Pelosi. Will he simply ignore what he wrote in 1999, a day before the Senate vote in President Bill Clinton’s trial? Back then, Schumer implored his colleagues to “shake hands and say we are now going to forgo bringing down people for political gain.”

Sucking up to the BJ vote, Schumer opined. “What Bill Clinton did was wrong and arrogant … We are all angered,” ....."
Schumer said he was “shaken” that people “with such obvious political motives could use our courts, play the
media and tantalize the legislative branch to achieve their ends of bringing down the President,”
Adding, there was no “popular groundswell to remove Clinton.”

=====================================

Trying desperately to save Clinton's *** Schumer said with a straight face he saw no sufficient magnitude in “the wrongs committed.”

REALITY CHECK:
Democrat David Schippers was asked by his friend, Congressman Henry Hyde, to be Chief Investigative Counsel for the US House Judiciary Committee. Schippers, a lifelong Democrat, accepted and took the job in April 1998. The Hyde Committee was holding an inquiry on whether Clinton had committed impeachable offences in his handling of the Paula Jones sexual harassment suit..... during which Clinton committed perjury regarding his affair with Monica Lewinsky. The committee in December 1998 voted to impeach Clinton........a decision supported by Schippers.

On December 10, 1998, Schippers said to the committee:
“The President, then,
<><> has lied under oath in a civil deposition,
<><> he lied under oath in a criminal grand jury.
<><> he lied to the people,
<><> he lied to his Cabinet,
<><> he lied to his top aides,
“And now he’s lied under oath to the Congress of the United States.There’s no one left to lie to.”

Upon the passage of H. Res. 611, Clinton was impeached on December 19, 1998, by the House of Representatives on grounds of perjury
to a grand jury (by a 228–206 vote) and obstruction of justice (by a 221–212 vote). The Senate later voted not to remove the impeached president.

FASTFORWARD: Lewinsky recently came clean; a sitting President, Bill Clinton, suborned perjury from her;
<><> Suborning perjury is an impeachable offense;
<><> another penalty was loss of Clinton's law license.
<><> all of Clinton’s crimes happened while he was a sitting president:
<><> 47 Oral Office visits from Monica; subornation of perjury, lying under oath, hush money, etc etc etc.
<><> Clinton lied under oath about suborning Monica.
<><> Five charges against him were for obstruction of justice.
<><> Clinton had Lewinsky give Linda Tripp written instructions on how to properly perjure herself in the Willey sex matter.
<><> Bill’s pal, Vernon Jordan, arranged a $40,000-per-year cushy govt job for Lewinsky;
<><> she got the job after she signed but before she filed a falsified affidavit saying she had NOT had sex with the president.
<><> Clinton's pal, UN Amb Bill Richardson, personally visit Lewinsky at the Watergate to offer her a govt job to shut her up.

Mueller's report contains the claim that Russia taped
Bill Clinton having phone sex with Monica Lewinsky

Washington Examiner ^ | April 23, 2019 / FR Posted by deplorableindc

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report mentions a claim that Russians recorded President Bill Clinton having phone sex with White House intern Monica Lewinsky — but the reference was redacted from the version released to the public.

The redaction is likely to anger Republicans, because the allegation has been known since at least 2001 and the Mueller report's reference to a claim that President Trump watched prostitutes urinating in a Moscow hotel room was not struck out.

Clinton allegedly was recorded by Russia in the 1990s, allowing Russia to learn of the affair before American officials. A reference to the Clinton intercept was redacted from the Mueller report to protect “personal privacy,” but sources told the Washington Examiner that the context makes clear what was blacked out.

The Democrats are in a huff insisting on "witnesses" in the Senate trial.

Yet, in Clinton's case, all possible witnesses to his sexual proclivities were shot down---by Hillary and Clinton's aides. ....using OUR tax dollars.

TALK ABOUT OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE AND INTIMIDATING WITNESSES FROM TESTIFYING---Hilary did it all.

Hillary went hog wild with tax dollars. She set up what she called a "Bimbo Eruption Team" in the West Wing of the White House
composed of tax-paid govt workers including then-Clinton aide George Stephanopolous....now at ABC-TV.

The tax-paid West Wing office office operated for eight long years.....and did nothing but shoot down, demean, defame and lacerate any woman who dared surface about Bill's sexual activities.

Hillary took delight in destroying women even though she knew their stories were true. (Hear that Bernie?)

These expenditures of tax dollars saved Bill's presidency, got Hillary elected to the US Senate, and gave Hillary the prominence she needed to launch the rest of her political ambitions.

=================================

So where's all the femiNazis? They gave Slick a pass when they should have been up in arms about boorish behavior from an alpha male, a serial predator using power over a lowly intern.....males they say they despise.

========================================

JuanitaBroderick's petition to investigate Clinton's sex crimes is important because Bill Clinton continues to receive federal benefits.

<><>No criminal investigation has ever been conducted into Bill Clinton's sex crimes.

<><> a federal investigation is warranted because the crimes may have occurred across state lines.

<><> an investigation into the rape of Juanita Broaddrick is absolutely necessary,

<><> Clinton's sex crimes may constitute civil rights violations because he specifically targeted women .

<><> Hilary's Bimbo Eruption activities constitute obstruction of justice.

Good point. Best to be optimistic and that Trump will win 20/20. But there may be a time when the Democrats win the presidential election.

What angers the Democrats the most is the fact that Clinton was impeached. This revenge for that. However, I remember very clearly Democrats attacking Thomas for sexual harassment. Something that Bill Clinton was and is accused of. And yes, the relationship with Monica Lewinsky was a result of Bill's predatory behavior towards the women who worked for him — the definition of sexual harassment. And she was treated favorably for her “services.” Wasn't she offered a job at Salon.

Anyway...

So the Democrats established a precedent, a good thing in my opinion, and we have greater protections for women in the workplace. But the Democrats are still angry and distract from the truth. The truth being that yes, Bill Clinton sexually harassed the women who worked for him. Did it make a difference? I don't know because Weinstein continued his activities unabated.

So now, we have a new precedent for all future presidents. If a president ignores a request from Congress, then it is automatically obstruction of congress and let the impeachment proceedings begin.

I could be wrong but it appears that the WH has been very strategist in releasing FOIA documents with an eye to what will buttress the president’s defense. These particular documents could have been held until a later release date but were released at the most opportune time for the trial.

Also, I believe that the defense has been working for over a year putting together documents that might be useful in a potential impeachment trial and once the Ukraine farce came up they went into high gear collecting documents that would be useful in defeating any articles of impeachment.

If PDJT is able to destroy the house Dems in this trial I don’t see the Dems trying this again anytime in the next 20+ years.
