That was done deliberately to dump Trump and to create a Trump/Katrina type meme.
It was done to avoid having so many Hispanics vote for Trump again; many Hispanic and other immigrants who came here for the traditional American Dream (work hard to get ahead) have no interest in being taxed to death by the Democrats.
They also feel no kinship for Puerto Ricans anyway.
