They are ALL DEMOCRATS in Puerto Rico that gets TONS of our TAX Money but they pay NO FEDERAL TAXES! It’s an entire WELFARE state!
Washington, DC, contributes 3 or 4 times the tax money to the feds than it gets back in federal program payments. It has more citizens than Vermont and Wyoming, it also pays FULL federal taxes and has NO vote in Congress on how they are spent.
On the other hand PR probably gets more federal benefits than they pay into the federal tax system, and they pay NO FEDERAL TAXES, and have no vote in Congress. Is this FAIR to the citizens of DC????
