Update: In exchange for Emily Salazar’s resignation, 42 hours of back pay will be paid in the settlement between her and the Kern High School District.
The settlement states that Salazar will be paid back pay and for her administrative leave through April 30, 2019. The 42 hours of back pay came from when Salazar worked an extended day of twelve hours for an academic decathlon and 30 hours for multiple times she served as a period substitute for the 2018 to 2019 school year.
Along with her resignation, the settlement states she is no longer allowed to work or have a business relationship with the KHSD.
Salazar can be denied employment if she ever applied for employment in the future with the KHSD.
Salazar’s teaching credential is still valid in California and her benefits are secure under state and federal law, including the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985(COBRA).

Well, I just did a quick Internet search and I can assure you, she is definitely not guilty.
There are millions of people into the swinger lifestyle in the USA alone. There are hundreds of clubs across the country and even resorts in the Caribbean where they can gather. They actually can fill multiple cruise ships for a week of swinging on board.
Participants range from the wealthy to poor, doctors to the unemployed. Your status in life is not so important and events are judgement-free with people from young to old, skinny to fat. It is true laissez-faire, individual liberty and freedom on display. No means no and there is no mandatory participation.
Filming is not allowed at most events, so this must have been a private gathering....which is common as many swinger couples host house parties for close friends.

Interesting how Libs in school suddenly get all puritanical. If she was in a lesbian relationship, it’d be just fine. But somehow because she chooses to be a swinger, the school gets all judgmental. Liberals are so very consistently inconsistent.

Our communists (I do not call them liberals anymore) were once against gay marriage because that was the way to get votes and power. When they saw the wealth and organization of the gay community, they tapped into it.
At one time the communists were against pedophilia....now they are slowly coming out in support of it.
They choose whatever helps their power and wealth. If pedophilia is rampant among the wealthy, then the communists will support them to get the donations.
Once the communists have full control and power, then their support for such actions falls away if it threatens support for the state.
