“OMG” is at the top of my list.

“Whatever” as a dismissive is on my list, but, frankly, this whole report was intended as a huge “Whatever”. . .

The only way we will get real justice is a second term and both houses l
Know we had all three for 2 years but with Ryan gone and Trump free from re-election concerns things could be very different..maybe.

Which DoJ staffers and FBI investigators do you trust not to blow the cases on purpose?

Eisenhower was a creature of the deep state. Read Diana West’s American Betrayal.

Yes. Either they get rid of the FISA court or the FBI.

Who gets to name the inspector general, Horowitz is a holdover from the Obama years. Can Trump remove him or is he appointed by the Chief Justice?

“President Trump should directly appoint a special counsel from outside of the DOJ and FBI to investigate the Obama/Clinton/Deep State Spygate scandal and other crimes that are in plain sight.”

Exactly!! I was wondering if a method exists for Trump to get the fair trial he wants. I was wondering if he, as CIC, could utilize the military justice system to get a trial with all fact being exposed. But Fitton’s idea is great.

I’d guess that Trump and Barr could fix him...

I’m aware of her work. Some of it I like. Some of it is sloppy to the extream.

I’m pleased she is out there. It’s important to have voices coming from non-traditional sources.

I wish her scholarship was a little tighter, but she’s done some good work.

Probably won’t happen, but Tom Fitton is absolutely infinitely correct here!

This being said, *Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch has been calling for an Independent or Special Counsel for a long time.

It is beyond absurdly foolish, (bordering “criminal foolish*, if there was such a thing), to believe a dominant political entity, which is at total war with morality, and is patently lawless, violent, debased genocidal maniac in nature (think aborting babies for body parts), and which has the goal of total power, and total subjugation of an entire society — COULD EVEN BE TRUSTED to investigate itself, for flagrant lawlessness, which would potentially result in life sentences, and potentially death sentences for several of it’s own members and leaders!

Especially in this “WINNER TAKES ALL”, historic, and likely U.S. Constitution and liberty ending, high profile scenario we are witnessing now! Both Horowitz “reports” CLEARLY demonstrate the validity of attorney Tom Fittons call for a Special Counsel!

Another good reason for a *Special Counsel -

Additionally, when political and legal consequences are high, words are almost always carefully chosen by various heads of state and agencies.

Barr has again, verbally backed Christopher Wray, taken both sides with Horowitz, and used words which I personally find very disturbing in all of this, which may well portend at the very least, lack of willingness to really call out evil and lawlessness, and to act to stop it.

When AG Barr essentially argues the FBI initially had little to go on (paraphrase), in utilizing FISA, while his words telegraph his knowledge there was corruption and agencies were wrong, it also telegraph’s a legal defensive posture for a wrongly accused President. His words still imply an initial mistake, because there was not enough evidence in his opinion to petition a FISA judge.

The direction of this argument is wrong.

Barr’s own argument today, keeps the White House in a legally defensive posture, implying there may have initially been some small amount (but not enough) legitimacy for massive unmasking and FISA abuse, *when it has been known all along, (by *both sides*), team Trump was and is innocent, and it is known a very real and ILLEGAL international conspiracy (involving the highest levels of both Russian and U.S. government) were conspiring together to frame and COUP out an innocent President Trump!

We have actually known for years now, there was and is, an actual ongoing conspiracy effort, involving the Obama Administration, the Clintons, and Kremlin derived false evidence, and relying on the entrenched global socialist “deep state”, to illegally spy on, infiltrate, and construct/manufacture further evidence against this lawful and innocent Administration.

If our U.S. Constitution, and our liberty are to survive, the correct posture absolutely must be one of *OFFENSE*, both in words and words and lawful actions, and properly identify evil and lawlessness, period.

The time for further investigations is long over.

It is now time to bring the scoundrels to court and convict them of the crimes they have committed.

The American Public is fed up with the ongoing investigations by Congress and the DOJ.

I’m in the “arrest and charge” mode, myself. Enough of the posturing, investigations, delays, etc.
We know what they did, and we know who did it. Barr should obtain warrants, and arrest 100 people tonight.

Today’s IG report on the Russiagate FISA abuse provides abundant evidence that the FBI and DOJ massively violated the law in order to obtain the Carter Page spy warrants targeting President Trump.

As IG reports are both EXPOSES AND COVER UPS at the same time, it is no surprise that the IG punted on implicating senior officials directly in the spy scandal.

_______

.... so true
