The Washington Post Helps Identify FBI Lawyer Who Altered FISA Docs…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 11/22/19 | Sundance

Posted on 11/22/2019 4:55:13 AM PST by CaptainK

At 8:15pm last evening Washington Post journalist Devlin Barrett posted a supportive article for the CNN (Manu Raju) news exclusive that outlined an “FBI Official” who was under criminal investigation as an outcome of the inspector general review of FISA.

The original WaPo article by Devlin Barrett noted the FBI official was actually a “line-level” lawyer who worked “under FBI Agent Peter Strzok.”

At 12:15am, the WaPo article was significantly edited, two more journalists (Ellen Nakashima and Matt Zapotosky) were added to the byline. Unfortunately, no explanation or notation of the changes were given....... If you have followed the case closely, the intentional removal of Peter Strzok in combination with the explanation of the lawyer’s FISA responsibilities; and in combination with prior reporting of FBI lawyer 2; it seems pretty obvious the line-level lawyer was Kevin Clinesmith.

85% of NSA searches by Obama Were Illegal
Freedom Outpost ^ | 01-24-2018 | Tim Brown / FR Posted 1/24/2018 by ReformedMedia

CIRCA 2018---In trudging through the FISA document that came to light, it was discovered that Obama's National Security Agency (then-headed by Susan Rice) had been illegally conducting searches on people in the US. The document has gone on to state that those illegal searches, which were conducted under Obama amounted to a whopping 85% of the total searches involving US person identifiers.

===========================================

NOTE---More emphasis needs to be placed on the “2 hops” rule for FISA warrants.
The FISA wasn’t just to spy on Carter Page, but with “2 hops” the Obamanoids could spy on virtually the entire Trump campaign staff.

REFERENCE----REDDIT.COM Under FISA law, when the government obtains a warrant on an individual, they are also allowed to spy on anyone that person contacts, as well as anyone the contacted person contacts, as well as anyone that person contacted, going back FIVE YEARS! In other words, the Obama administration got a warrant on Carter Page, but since Page would have been in contact with at least 1 member of the Trump campaign, and that member or one of their contacts probably was in contact with virtually anyone even remotely connected to the campaign, the FISA warrant made it "legal" for Obama and his cronies to spy on anyone even remotely connected to Trump or the campaign and look at ANY of their communications over the last FIVE YEARS! This should be a major focus of these stories, as right now one of the main talking points from the deep state is that this was "only" looking at Page!

A Sept 2018 report noted that AG Rosenstein secretly recorded Pres Trump in the White House preparatory to invoking the 25th Amendment to have Pres Trump removed. Judicial Watch’s immediate follow-up FOIA requests were ignored. Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton: “It is no surprise that we are facing an immense cover-up of senior FBI and DOJ leadership discussions to pursue a seditious coup against Pres Trump. This effort to overthrow Pres Trump is a fundamental threat to our constitutional republic; Judicial Watch will do everything it can in the courts to expose everything possible about this lawlessness.”

Two important products of Congressional investigations:
<><>the 18 Jan 2017 memo declassified by Pres Trump,
<><> the 28 Dec 2018 letter to Sen Mitch McConnell,

The key facts revealed:
<><> (1) the Obama FBI used, as factual basis for FISA apps, bogus info from the Steele dossier, a compilation of anti-Trump info that the FBI had not verified.
<><> (2) Obama's corrupt FBI nevertheless swore to the truth of that info to obtain surveillance warrants on Carter Page, Trump's one-time campaign advisor; <><> (3) in the process of obtaining the search warrants the Obama FBI failed to inform FISA that the Steele dossier was bought and paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

Obama hand-in-hand with his pal, NSA's Susan Rice.... outrageously asked for and obtained hundreds of “unmaskings,” of US citizens’. Their communications were intercepted by the Obama FBI and NSA as part of so-called intel operations. Innocent Americans were unmasked, and were used against Trump in the campaign.
<><> Why did the unmaskings even occur, and what information was illegally shared by Rice with Obama and/or Hillary?
<><>What illegal direction did the FBI, the NSA, and other intel agencies take to monitor Trump-related communications?

Predictably, Democraps have stopped the investigations cold. The most heinous aspect of this Democrap outrage is that the Obama admin and his factotums ----like Third World tinpot warlords----calculatedly picked over the intel apparat, set-up to protect the safety and security of Americans, to advance their scurrilous political schemes.

Partners in crime.......the two we should be investigating.

Horowitz has already announced that the change did not substantially alter the reason to issue a FISA warrant and investigate. I expect the Horowitz report will be a nothing burger too.

Hope I'm wrong.

Yes, doing what his boss Peter Strzok told him to do.

So is he the chump and the fall guy, or is the intent for him to sing?

Agreed 100%. We should know who all traitors are, and this particular pond scum is a minor player though still a player. We already knew that Comey and Brennan were coup leaders.

Kevin E. Clinesmith is a lawyer and FBI agent who worked on the Hillary Clinton email scandal investigation, the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, and the Mueller team.[1] Clinesmith is reportedly one of four investigators fired from the Mueller probe for extreme bias. Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are known to be two others of the four. The fourth conspirator remains unidentified.

Clinesmith questioned George Papadopoulos on February 16, 2017; Clinesmith asked no questions about Prof. Joseph Mifsud, whom Papadopolous told the FBI in his previous interview claimed the Russians had Hillary Clinton’s emails.

This would explain why initially DOJ couldn’t prosecute Deep Strzok. He hadn’t “actually” made the change.

Didn’t Lisa Page work “under” Agent Strzok

I will not tolerate you slandering my secret girl friend. Lisa looked very cute and tight in the last photos I saw. When she was hauled in to testify at some committee. Hauled in by some patriarchal Republican meanies. Seriously, when she doesn't bare her beaver size choppers she looks very nice.

True. But don’t be misled. Clinesmith is very small fry. This goes all the way up to Obama, and sweeps in Brennan, Clapper, Lynch and dozens more on the way up. Hopefully the pucker factor in the FBI, DOJ and CIA is very high.....and should include numerous other Repubs and Rats, as well.

Obama didn't lift a finger. Lazy Obama spent most of his latter years watching ESPN. But lazy gossip girl was kept abreast of what was going on. Obama was smart enough to have these updates given to him face to face. Perhaps by Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett. Not via emails etc.

Clinesmith worked for Strozok. Durham may be thinking of using Clinesmith to flip on Strozok and then start the food chain to flip Strozok on other higher ups until we reach inside the White House

Most of these attorneys working for the BBI were never Special Agents of the FBI but rather sent to the FBI by the DOJ.
