The Washington Post Helps Identify FBI Lawyer Who Altered FISA Docs…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 11/22/19 | Sundance

Posted on 11/22/2019 4:55:13 AM PST by CaptainK

At 8:15pm last evening Washington Post journalist Devlin Barrett posted a supportive article for the CNN (Manu Raju) news exclusive that outlined an “FBI Official” who was under criminal investigation as an outcome of the inspector general review of FISA.

The original WaPo article by Devlin Barrett noted the FBI official was actually a “line-level” lawyer who worked “under FBI Agent Peter Strzok.”

At 12:15am, the WaPo article was significantly edited, two more journalists (Ellen Nakashima and Matt Zapotosky) were added to the byline. Unfortunately, no explanation or notation of the changes were given....... If you have followed the case closely, the intentional removal of Peter Strzok in combination with the explanation of the lawyer’s FISA responsibilities; and in combination with prior reporting of FBI lawyer 2; it seems pretty obvious the line-level lawyer was Kevin Clinesmith.

Maybe we can arrange for Attorney Clinesmith to become well acquainted with Supermax in Colorado.

Canada Free Press ^ | 05/12/19 | David Singer
FR Posted on 5/12/2019, 3:58:26 PM by Sean_Anthony

AG Barr has been given a flying start as he investigates possible spying by the Democrats on the 2016 Trump campaignThe Democratic Party is bracing itself as written evidence has now been discovered supporting allegations that the FBI deliberately misled the FISA Court to obtain a warrant in October 2016 to spy on a former member of the Trump campaign committee - Carter Page.

Open-records litigation by the conservative group Citizens United and superb investigative journalism by The Hill’s John Solomon have unearthed three critical State Department documents: rest at FR link

5/11 --- IG Has 'Concluded that the Final Three FISA Extensions Were Illegally Obtained,' diGenova Says
PJ Media ^ | May 10, 2019 | Debra Heine
FR Posted on 5/11/2019, 10:22:39 AM by billorites

Washington attorney Joe diGenova claimed in an interview that the Department of Justice inspector general has determined that "the final three FISA extensions were illegally obtained," and the first one is still being investigated. For the past year, DOJ IG Michael Horowitz has been investigating the FBI's 2016 surveillance activities and his report is expected later this month or in early June. Washington power couple Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing appeared on Lou Dobbs' Fox Business Network show Thursday night to talk about the latest turns in the "SpyGate" saga. "The only question now is whether or not the first FISA was illegally obtained," diGenova said.

The Dems really need the Russians hacked the DNC server narrative to hold even though it is solely based on the word of Crowdstrike.

The more plausible explanation is Seth Rich downloaded the email and gave them to Julian Assange. Without the Russian hack, the whole election interference narrative implodes and the DEMs/DS go down forever.

Mr. Clinesmith may hate Donald Trump, but does he hate him enough to spend a few years in prison? He may already be talking. Time will tell.

If true, we have not your ordinary bombshell, we have a nuclear explosion which in effect will prove the illegal coup, illegal special prosecutor appointment, illegal wiretapping making all convictions illegal, and much more.

QUESTION: How did Comey run the FBI? ---the dummy "can't remember" anything. Read on.

CIRCA December 2018--Comey Denies Knowing Clinton Law Firm Helped with ‘Pee’ Dossier:
‘I Don’t Remember the Name Perkins Coie at All’…
Breitbart | 10 Dec 2018 | Aaron Klein / FR Posted by E. Pluribus Unum

In what could become a possible issue for James Comey, the former FBI director repeatedly stated in testimony to the House Judiciary Committee that he “never” knew the author of the infamous anti-Trump dossier had been retained to do his work by a U.S.-based law firm. The law firm in question, Perkins Coie, reportedly funded the controversial Fusion GPS to conduct the anti-Trump work on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Those efforts resulted in the largely-discredited dossier written by former British spy Christopher Steele.

Despite saying he "did not know" Steele had been hired by Perkins Coie, the FISA warrant to spy on former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page (signed three times by Comey) stated the FBI had information that Steele had been hired by a “US-based law firm.”

It specifically stated the FBI “was approached by an identified U.S. person who indicated to Source #1 [Steele] that a U.S.-based law firm had hired the identified U.S. person to conduct research regarding Candidate #1’s ties to Russia.”

Comey made his remarks during testimony on Friday, Dec 2018.
Here is a transcript of the relevant portions of Comey’s latest testimony as it relates to Perkins Coie (linked):

This would explain why DOJ “declined to prosecute” Deep Stroke. He did not actually make the change.

Clinesmith is reportedly one of four investigators fired from the Mueller probe for extreme bias.

After seeing Weissmann foaming at the mouth with Trump hate on MSNBC I can’t imagine what it took to get fired by Mueller for bias.

I actually agree with the bunghole: Comey “reopened” the investigation to lend “legitimacy” to the supposed forthcoming Clinton victory. I think it is very possible that doing so broke her momentum instead. Our enemies in the Deep State are wicked, devious, and determined. But they’re also a bunch of dopes, which is about all we have going for us. Me, despite the strong temptation to believe that this joker is the sacrificial lamb, I don’t have any evidence that Durham, with his vaunted reputation, would be willing to settle for this. Also, since Barr denounced this attempted coup in his recent Federalist speech, I don’t think he’s going to be satisfied if this one little scalp is all that pays the price for the attempted overthrow of the government.

Unfortunately, according to Sundance the jig is NOT up, that the OIG report is continuing the whitewash and the low level turds have been fired so none of the real criminals will face jail.

Clinesmith worked for Trisha Anderson who has direct ties to the Obama Whitehouse and Eric Holder.
