As for Antifacker, when there are photos like that and a positive ID, Defendant is screwed and tattooed.

Prosecution could have crushed him with Measure 11 - and 'Gage' has priors - but is a Soros.

The problem, though, is the sentence is an 'out' to co-conspirators, who know the prosecutor has already avoided Measure 11 charges, and that 6 years is really less than 3 (Oregon is 6-for-30 or basically 1 day for 5 good days served, and can shave off 10-for-30 with 'work', educational and reformbarf goals met).
