We have women driving over other people multiple times and killing them get less time than this man. Ee have women who have tried to kill men but courts let them off because they are studying to be a doctor and ‘have such a bright future’. We have government applauding and financing women murdering their children at abortionaries and they roam free.
Not saying he shouldn’t get a sentence, I am saying the hypocrisy of our justice system in sentencing is ridiculous and not proportionate.
He did not get near long enough. He should have gotten 20 years. As it stands, he will probably be out busting more people’s heads by the time his intake paperwork is completed.
Hitting an old guy in the head with a baton could easily result in death. He should have gotten 25 to life. This was a terrorist act. He should be serving his time at Gitmo.
