Oh sorry about the “full article” bit. I inadvertently picked up the wrong section originally, neglected to delete that line.

Here is the link:

Nice they call it "Blue Cheese" instead of "Bleu Cheese"

$235 for a wheel of it.
I love blue cheese but I think I’ll stick with what I can get at Trader Joe’s.

I remember the local (and only) store where I grew up had a round shaped cheese. You could just get some crackers and a small slice of cheese. It was pretty good.

I think the best cheese is those Christmas gift packs which I buy after they have been reduced to 1/4 original price. I eat the little wedges with potato chips.

Upstate New York is the only state other than Cali that does wine and cheese well, but that’s only by North American standards. ;)

It’s a great cheese! The US actually has a lot of very fine cheeses. Checking the fridge now...

But first I think I may have to view a few episodes of Wallace and Grommet to get in the mood.

It wasn't all that unexpected, considering how deftly the demoncRats are at cutting it, thereby stinkin' up the place.

We con't call her Smelosi for nothin'...

All joking aside, I'm shocked the demoncRats didn't find a way to prevent this win.

It sounds delicious. Good to eat with some juicy Oregon pears.

I give my dog a one-ounce string cheese stick every day. Every time he hears cheese being taken out of the refrigerator he comes running, and I have to “pay tribute” by giving him some. Cheese is fantastic food.

When Americans focus on an industry we always make some of the best, if not the best, products.

I think they deserve congratulations, but, honestly I can’t be in the same room with bleu cheese.

The mere aroma reminds me of, shall we say, “The Exorcist”, if you get my drift.

A good blue cheese and a very ripe pear is one hell of a good combination.

Rogue makes good cheeses. Their Crater Lake blue is really good. There is a lot of good artisanal cheese coming from the US.
