$235 for a wheel of it.
I love blue cheese but I think I’ll stick with what I can get at Trader Joe’s.

I remember the local (and only) store where I grew up had a round shaped cheese. You could just get some crackers and a small slice of cheese. It was pretty good.
I think the best cheese is those Christmas gift packs which I buy after they have been reduced to 1/4 original price. I eat the little wedges with potato chips.

Upstate New York is the only state other than Cali that does wine and cheese well, but thats only by North American standards. ;)

Its a great cheese! The US actually has a lot of very fine cheeses. Checking the fridge now...
But first I think I may have to view a few episodes of Wallace and Grommet to get in the mood.

I give my dog a one-ounce string cheese stick every day. Every time he hears cheese being taken out of the refrigerator he comes running, and I have to “pay tribute” by giving him some. Cheese is fantastic food.

I think they deserve congratulations, but, honestly I cant be in the same room with bleu cheese.
The mere aroma reminds me of, shall we say, The Exorcist, if you get my drift.

A good blue cheese and a very ripe pear is one hell of a good combination.

Rogue makes good cheeses. Their Crater Lake blue is really good. There is a lot of good artisanal cheese coming from the US.
