FBI agents allegedly manipulated Flynn file; reaction from Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton and ACU chairman Matt Schlapp. #Hannity #FoxNews

Saw that. Fitton is clearly frustrated and rightfully so.
I suspect that if Flinn is found innocent due to fraud or illegal activity he can sue for to recover his lost house, lawyer fees and pain and suffering. These crooks in the FBI need to be put to ruin greater than what they caused and be an example to stop corruption in the future.
If I'm Flynn, the better approach is to have the charges dismissed due to a judicial finding of prosecutorial misconduct. That means I'm not just off the hook legally, but I've got all the standing I need to sue for compensatory and punitive damages that could run well into eight figures.
After the 2020 election.
AMEN!!! NO ONE needs a PARDON!! They ALL are INNOCENT and I want them to SUE, SUE, SUE!

When Fitton said that las night, we clapped! He is so right.
No. Make appeals court throw the charges out with prejudice, then begin disbarment proceedings, then start with criminal charges. Weissmann needs to be taken out. Then, when he’s on trial, see if he’ll talk about what Hillary told him.
No. Make appeals court throw the charges out with prejudice, then begin disbarment proceedings, then start with criminal charges. Weissmann needs to be taken out. Then, when hes on trial, see if hell talk about what Hillary told him.
Weissmann has been a criminal for way too long, protected, uncharged and allowed to run amok and destroy peoples lives. His head ought to be the first one on the chopping block....then on with the dozens and dozens more who have turned the rule of law into a joke.
Hey, I have a question......what about Paul Manafort? Is he really a criminal or was he railroaded just like so many more? I never see his name mentioned as a victim and is he still in solitary confinement???
Just as I’ve said so many times before. Trump should use all the power the Constitution grants him. What are they going to do to him? Impeach him?
In trumps 2nd inaugural speech in 2020
Not just in the government, but Fitton said that journalism was egging the government on to prosecute Manafort.Adam Smith was correct in writing that People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or in some contrivance to raise prices. My hobby horse is the fact that the wire services created continuous virtual meetings of all major journalism organizations - and that those meetings, in effect for a century and a half, could not fail and did not fail to create a conspiracy against the public which encompasses the entire journalism profession.
To ask What is the conspiracy is to ask, What trust might journalists violate? And the answer to that should be obvious - journalism has successfully propagandized the public to implicitly trust that journalists are objective. At best that cannot be true as a general proposition; objectivity is a laudable goal but not a state of being. Attempting objectivity is a demanding discipline which nobody actually enjoys, and which nobody can ever prove in real time that they are attaining.
Consequently journalists substitute unanimity - herd behavior - for serious efforts at objectivity. Journalists who go along with the herd, get along with the herd. Anyone claiming to be a journalist who does not substitute going along with the herd for a serious attempt at objectivity finds his/her credentials as a journalist "pecked to death by journalists claiming that s/he is not a journalist, not objective.
The reason that the journalism cartel I have described has a strong socialist slant is the fact that journalism is about bad news. News, that is, which shows society in a less-than-favorable light, and suggests that government should do something to solve the problem. Worse, journalism has an incentive to promote nostrums which exacerbate problems instead of ameliorating them. Faux solutions" produce bad news for society and that produces great copy for journalism. This incentive makes a mockery of the journalism cartels affectation that journalists define the public interest. Journalisms interest is in interesting the public - but events the reports of which are bad news which interests the public are opposed to the public interest.
Sue journalism as a cartel and as a systematic libeler of society in general and Republicans in particular.
