State Department Concludes Clinton Email Review, Says It Found Nearly 600 Security Violations

State Department investigators probing Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state discovered nearly 600 security incidents that violated agency policy, according to a report the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained.

The investigation, conducted by the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security, found 38 individuals were culpable for 91 security violations. Another 497 violations were found, but no individuals were found culpable in those incidents.

The investigation concluded Sept. 6, and to the report, dated Sept. 13.

The investigation sought to determine if the exchange of emails on Clinton’s server “represented failure to properly safeguard classified information” and whether any individuals at State were culpable for any of the failures. (RELATED: State Department Reboots Hillary Clinton Email Probe)

Clinton exchanged more than 60,000 emails on a private email account hosted on a server that she kept at her residence in New York. She emailed frequently with longtime aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan, and an outside adviser, Sidney Blumenthal.

The FBI investigated whether Clinton mishandled classified information by using the server. Former FBI Director James Comey announced July 5, 2016, that he would not be recommending charges against Clinton over the server, though he did say she was “extremely careless” in using an off-the-books email system.

Hillary acted as an agent against the interests of the United States and the laws governing top secret information at the State Department, by provide this server to be used as an tool for disseminating top secret information.

She was a facilitator of crimes.

How is none of this actionable, as it relates to her?

She was involved in top secret exchanges too.

What are the stiff penalties for doing things like this, and why is this b-—h not held accountable?

Further, why is she allowed to run for the highest office in the land, knowing full well what she did?

This woman and her family have gotten more passes than VIPs to sporting events in our nation’s history.

Opposite Rikers, on the other side of the river, there is an enormous white and blue ship that appears to be made of big lego blocks. According to Wikipedia, the Vernon C. Bain Center is an 800-bed “jail barge” used to hold inmates inmates in a medium- to maximum-security setting. “The Boat” (the staff’s and inmates’ nickname for the barge) was brought to New York in 1992 to reduce overcrowding in the island’s land-bound buildings for a lower price.

There be noon-time basketball there, too.

Dear President Trump and Attorney General Barr: Based on the results of this investigation and after patiently waiting, we must insist that the high level person responsible for these serious crimes be charged and prosecuted - just the way low level personnel who commit lesser violations are. Lock. Her. Up.Now. Sincerely yours.

Sung to the tune “Stack o Lee” by Mississippi John Hurt:

Fbi, fbi, how can it be
You indict everybody but crooked Hillary
That traitor crooked Hillary

30,000 emails wiped clean like with a cloth
Wedding plans and yoga pants and how to treat that cough
Of Hillary ol crooked Hillary

Attorney general and ol Bill
Met on some runway
Talked about his grandkids and about some golf that day
Not about ol crooked Hillary

Attorney general says the next day
None of those emails will see the light o’ day
About Hillary crooked Hillary

FBI FBI you just made me cry
But You’re the best FBI that Hillary can buy
Hillary, ol crooked Hillary

Well, that took longer than it took Columbus to sail the ocean blue and discover America! At least he accomplished something. What has this accomplished?

Where is Huma? Did she leave the country to avoid being implicated with the lawbreaker Hillary? AS IF!

“So 38 indictments or criminal referrals right?”

How about charges against the State department officials who covered it up to begin with.

Is it safe to assume that this does NOT include the 33,000 emails that were deleted after they were subpoenaed?

Frankly, I’ve never understood that either. The Dems are massively corrupt - and of course accuse everybody else of being corrupt because that’s how they themselves think. It’s called projection.

Yes, laws were violated, but Democrats appear to be above the law, now don’t they.

I hope that someone actually does something and charge Hillary and her assistants with violating federal laws.

Untouchable yes. But now she will not be able to get a security clearance. In other words, kiss 2020 goodbye.

Another 497 violations were found, but no individuals were found culpable in those incidents.

Oh, well OK then. I guess we'll just forget about it and move on. It's no one's fault that there were 497 violations in Hillary's e-mails. Wait, weren't they on an unapproved server? Weren't they on Hillary's personal e-mail system? Isn't it Hillary's fault that these e-mails were exposed to easy hacking? But, it's Hillary, so let's move on.
