Today, President Trumps White House Counsel, Pat Cipollone, directed an eight-page letter to Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, et al., declining on behalf of President Trump to participate in the Democrats sham impeachment proceeding. The letter, embedded below, is excellent. Some would say, brilliant. It attacks the Democrats constitutionally defective and politically motivated proceeding at its root. You should read it all. This is the letters introduction:
I write on behalf of President Donald J. Trump in response to your numerous, legally unsupported demands made as part of what you have labeledcontrary to the Constitution of the United States and all past bipartisan precedentas an impeachment inquiry. As you know, you have designed and implemented your inquiry in a maimer that violates fundamental fairness and constitutionally mandated due process.
For example, you have denied the President the right to cross-examine witnesses, to call witnesses, to receive transcripts of testimony, to have access to evidence, to have counsel present, and many other basic rights guaranteed to all Americans. You have conducted your proceedings in secret. You have violated civil liberties and the separation of powers by threatening Executive Branch officials, claiming that you will seek to punish those who exercise fundamental constitutional rights and prerogatives. All of this violates the Constitution, the rule of law, and every past precedent. Never before in our history has the House of Representativesunder the control of either political partytaken the American people down the dangerous path you seem determined to pursue.
Put simply, you seek to overturn the results of the 2016 election and deprive the American people of the President they have freely chosen. Many Democrats now apparently view impeachment not only as a means to undo the democratic results of the last election, but as a strategy to influence the next election, which is barely more than a year away. As one member of Congress explained, he is concerned that ifwe dont impeach the President, he will get reelected.1 Your highly partisan and unconstitutional effort threatens grave and lasting damage to our democratic institutions, to our system of free elections, and to the American people.
...
Its a great response to the idiots in Congress.
More words for Schiff to edit on the fly.
I am just bout fed up with all democrats. I am angry about the havoc these butthurt morons are causing in our country.
The RED areas represent the American people who are being disenfranchised from the impeachment process.

Read this earlier. Just brilliant, thanks for posting
Dems: We should impeach Trump because Trump is not cooperating with being impeached.
Until the AG prosecutes these liberals, they will continue their illegal affairs.
>>As you know, you have designed and implemented your inquiry in a manner that violates fundamental fairness and constitutionally mandated due process.
So, why not wait until congress is out of session and arrest the entire rat leadership for “deprivation of civil liberties under color of authority” and “Interference with a government employee”?
lol
The President is right not to participate in the impeachment imposition.
This president has been steadfastly doing everything I voted for him to do, as well as some things that I didn’t foresee.
The red represents district boundaries, e.g. land, not people. The only thing that really matters on that map are the numbers at the top. Dems 235 (winners), Republicans 199 (losers). Majority matters. Thus the dems have the numbers in the House to go forward with this nonsense.
Trump just needs to build up his numbers in the Senate.
It would be interesting to see the county-level map for the 2016 election, in a side-by-side comparison.
This is worth war.
Love this President, hes my hero!
Sometimes, Republicans can be their own worst enemies by talking themselves out of doing anything before they even try. Just because we "know" something to be, doesn't mean we can't still put it out there for others to draw their own conclusions.

Maine’s 2nd Congressional District should have been red on that map.
The GOP incumbent, Bruce Poliquin, received 2,500 MORE votes than his democrat challenger.
Because of two minor candidates and Rank Choice Voting, democrat Jared Golden was declared the winner after the “second choice” votes of the people who voted for the minor candidates caused Golden to be declared the victor.
It was a big mess, with unsuccessful court challenges.
The map is fine for what it is and is illustrative. But don’t confuse land with people and representatives. Land doesn’t get disenfranchised.
What matters is the number of representatives. The dems won the House in 2016 and thus have more representatives and represent more people than the Republicans.
It is actually worse. Many of those Republicans are RINOs. :-)
