James Biden, the brother of 2020 presidential hopeful Joe Biden, has become enveloped in the Ukraine scandal surrounding the former vice president but has received very little media attention, according to Federalist editor Mollie Hemingway.
Hemingway appeared on "Fox & Friends" Monday and claimed James Biden had been involved in business dealings with Ukrainian and Chinese officials but has managed to fly under the radar, and avoid media scrutiny.
"[It's] not just his son, it's also his younger brother James who is involved in some of this as well," she said. "There has been a little bit of news coverage about it. There was a very lengthy New Yorker profile about Hunter Biden, about his involvement in Ukraine, also about getting gifts from Chinese businessmen who are close to the Chinese government --$80,000 gemstones and whatnot.
"So there's a lot of stuff that is interesting out there," Hemingway continued. "It's kind of surprising that some of these media figures are so ignorant of these facts or claiming that to talk about these facts is a conspiracy theory."

The Bidens are a _lot_ dumber and sloppier than the Clintons.
They will be low hanging fruit for any serious journalist and/or prosecutor.
The July New Yorker article on Hunter Biden is here:
https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2019/07/08/will-hunter-biden-jeopardize-his-fathers-campaign
The reporter tries to put the best possible face on everything, but at the end of the day Hunter is shown to be a drug and alcohol addict and a slimy clown.
The articles also tries to minimize Joe’s involvement—so it is useless on that point.
Biden was brought in as VP as he knew exactly which Senators could be flipped, turned, bribed or infiltrated.
One of the reasons the GOP-e Senate has been so pointless.
Of course it has been pointless for decades.

Bidn “has received very little media attention”
which means apparently even the Dems are getting their news from sources other than the dying lying leftist fake stream enemedia, because Bidn just sunk like a stone AGAIN in the RCP poll average, leaving him only 0.3% ahead of Warren:
Most obviously corrupt swamp rat...
Keeping it all in the family!
Not surprising a lot of people become politicians for the aility to rip off the voters, having exclusive access to money making deals, and the protections serving government office affords them to get away with their corruption.
“Biden in the wrong.
Swims without his thong “
Absolutely fantastic.
This guy nails a dozen or so things Biden is guilty of.
“The Bidens are a _lot_ dumber and sloppier than the Clintons.”
Rule #1: Kill off all potential witnesses.
If I were a crook, I would go into politics.

Bidens never been a real bright bulb....he hides behind his dumb humor as a distraction. But Obama and Biden were selected to NOT shake the boat and would be rewarded with a untarnished ride into the sunset with their pockets full after their terms.... Just as we see the Obamas enjoying today who continue to bring in the dough.
When the corrupt press kisses democrat butt they REALLY kiss democrat butt. It’s why they’ve lost their subscribers, viewers and customers...
No fossil fuel for us but their kids are making money on Ukrainian gas and oil?
WTF?
Hell my dog could debate Biden and half the clowns.
Mollie thinks the Republicans have been emboldened to fight back since the TrumpRussia hoax collapsed:
“The media and Democrats were involved in perpetrating that hoax,” she added. “I think Republicans have maybe finally woken up to the realization that they don’t need to play along with such things.”
good if it were true, but the perpetrators must be held accountable...and sooner rather than later. enough.

Mollie Hemingway: Joe Biden's brother also involved in scandal and media ignores it
Article and comments.
Just a refresher on the “old” Joe Biden from David Schipper’s “Sell Out - The Story of President Clinton’s Impeachment”...2001.
I am reading the book again and ran across this which is run up to the Clinton impeachment..between the 13 House Managers and the Senators - how to proceed in the Senate. The Senate wants to limit the time allowed and Representatives are objecting. The managers wanted David Schippers to be allowed to question witnesses and this was Biden’s reaction:
“No way, No way is that guy going to be allowed to open his mouth on the floor of the Senate.” Schippers said Biden’s face got as red as a tomato.
Then he got a smile on his face and Schippers wrote, “I learned later that when Biden smiles, you’ve got trouble.”
Hyde asked him what his objection was and he said, “the rules don’t provide for it. The rules require that only Congressmen can speak.”
After more give and take between Biden and Hyde, Hyde told Biden, “your rules provide for a trial, for witnesses and evidence to be taken.”
Biden’s reply: “WE MAKE OUR OWN RULES.”
If we all stop and think about it - Biden always manages to have one of those half cracked smiles on his mug! And it’s no doubt due to the fact that he knows no one has the guts to question him - NOW he knows there’s one man who sits in the WH who does dare!
Crime doesn’t pay, but politics does...................and damn well....................
Biden was right then though, the Senate and House make their own rules, totally separate. It’s in the Constitution.

Section 5
2: Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

And the Senate Rules state who can and cannot speak on the Senate Floor:

It’s in the rules? Even during an impeachment trial? I doubt that’s covered in the Constitution. I’ll have to review the book some more as I don’t recall just who did speak in the Senate during the trial...
