No Ed, the Constitution does not require a declaration of war. And you are quite dense at reading this from Article III Section 3:
“1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
The callout of war is not of the United States against its enemies but of enemies against the United States; “shall consist only of levying war against ***them***” refers ‘them’ as the States plural. Traitors making war against the United StateS, the unity of states, the Unified States, of which the Presidentcy is a major branch of ‘their’ federal government, or in adhering meaning sticking to such enemies, giving aid and comfort to such enemies.
Of course this describes to a tee what Schiff did. There are indeed enemies making war against the United States and the word ‘war’ does not refer only to contextual terms of hot military action, it means any attempt at overthrowing the United States which is exactly what Schiff is organizing. He is attempting to overthrow the United States from within.
Very discouraging to see someone like Morrissey display a lack of aptitude in reading the Constitution.
Schiff’s lies are deliberately put into the mouth of the President and read into the Congressional Record as a de facto attack on the Presidency. It is not free speech when a lie is read into the Record as if it was a transcript of statements by the President. It becomes a testament, a sworn part of the record, not an opinion but an explicit item of reference of an historical attack on the United States Government.
The people of the United States know when someone is being treated fairly and when they're being railroaded... Creepy lying democrats are attempting to railroad President Trump. He knows it AND we know it.

If in an congressional hearing they deny Trump due process and the right for him to face his accuser, then what they have is a process that doesn't meet constitutional values. What they have is a meaningless hearing.

The Constitution lays it out. If we’re in war, or if they are providing aid and comfort to our enemies. Those who would overthrow the government, they ARE our enemies. The fact is, the left tried desperately to pin Russia on Trump and now, due to that colossal failure, they want to pin their enemy, Ukraine on him. And the sheeple are supposed to just walk right along and worry about that new threat. It’s the boy who cried wolf.

And indirectly, as his son is also privy to the massive influence peddling dollars from China, and also his son’s business partner, stepson of John Kerry, who has committed blatant treason and violations of US law by going behind our backs to sabotage our position with Iran.
Our courts have long held that “enemies” as used in the Treason clause “applies only to the subjects of a foreign power in a state of open hostility with us.” The Founding Fathers defined “treason” in the Constitution specifically to prevent creative interpretations like yours.
