Not exactly.

The Constitution lays it out. If we’re in war, or if they are providing aid and comfort to our enemies. Those who would overthrow the government, they ARE our enemies. The fact is, the left tried desperately to pin Russia on Trump and now, due to that colossal failure, they want to pin their enemy, Ukraine on him. And the sheeple are supposed to just walk right along and worry about that new threat. It’s the boy who cried wolf.

Our courts have long held that “enemies” as used in the Treason clause “applies only to the subjects of a foreign power in a state of open hostility with us.” The Founding Fathers defined “treason” in the Constitution specifically to prevent creative interpretations like yours.
