Second, her credibility depends on evidence and witnesses to back her up, which hinge on these five key words: "drunken dormitory party" and "drinking heavily".
Even if some witnesses came forward, they would be suspect right from the get go. Their credibility will be thrown out the window when they have to admit they were "drinking heavily at a drunken dormitory party".

I can’t be the only gal on FR who dumped a beer on a college guy’s junk who was standing on a chair at a loud house party, pants around ankles, first mooning everybody and then waving his limp johnson around. Waste of a good Budweiser? Perhaps. It made everybody laugh, and nobody got hurt—just his feeeelings; it embarrassed him and he left. Problem solved! He probably didn’t even remember it in the morning, he was that loaded.
As with all these "he said, she said" rape claims, why is it OK for a woman to drink heavily and then expect all the men at the same party to act like a choirboy? Are they supposed to just stand around and be all the girls' designated drivers?
Since my boys were in middle school, I've seen plenty of females behave incredibly carelessly and seductively around males, to the point of inviting trouble.
If you're going to inebriate or incapacitate your own good judgment, gals, no whining about it if the guys you are with lose theirs, too.
