Sometimes I think Rush can't hear what the caller said completely and he misses some of it, but he caught on and finished the caller's point very well.
People want pro-Trump GOPers.
“A house divided cannot stand.................it will be all one or all the other.”
Folks our current times should help us in understanding Lincoln.
There is going to be a fight. Let’s get it started and over with.
I’m guessing pics of them with dead boys or live goats.
These bunch of wastes of oxygen have been placating the middle-masses with BS fluff bills and kabuki theater, show votes which they get to point to during election time and say, “See we ‘tried’!”
Now that they see We the People are wanting RESULTS, and Trump is getting those results, but he is having to fight tooth and nail for them, they don’t have the balls nor brains to succeed and they are jumping ship. Hell they don’t want to be the ones who upsets their own or anyone else’s apple cart!
These useless mushy middle gop and GOPe idiots have spent the last 6-8-20 years rearranging chairs on the U.S.S. Titanic, but now that the passengers are demanding the crew actually do something - the crew are looking for the closest exit and life boat!!
The Cheap Labor Express is desperately trying to stymie the President from enforcing the laws and borders.
They previously had control of both parties.
Thr Republicans should fight back the same way. Surely there is much more dirt on democRATs, but maybe they don’t care anymore. Their dirt is like perfume to democrat voters and the media won’t cover it or will twist it around anyway.
Could it e that a retired congressman has too many benefits? That he is too comfortable in retirement? I don’t know, just asking.
It’ll be more like the balkans meet Spain with a little El Salvador and troubles from northern Ireland mixed in for good measure.
I think Rush is on to something. Rats are masters of dirty tricks. Time for the GOP to learn a few.
The Democrats are willing to do anything to win, the Republicans are not. Rush may have something here. The power of the surveillance state can be used to target individual members and show them what will happen to them if they don’t retire or go along with the the Rat drive for absolute power. If we lose the 2020 election, that will be the last real opportunity to use the ballot box. After that it would be the fascist boot in the face and any correction will be more like the breakup of Yugoslavia.
We now have a fighter in Trump.
You’d think the GOP would learn something.
They disgust me.
If we lose the House and Senate, it is the GOP who lost, not Trump.
And we will forever remember it.
The Democrat politicians are arrogant and think they can ride out the coming storm.
They like the big money and really cant do anything else that would give them so much money for so little work.
Even with half his brain (and hearing) tied behind his back, hes still spot on-nailed it
You nailed it!
They know not what they sow. They’ll reap the whirlwind.
It does no good whatsoever to learn the “dirty tricks” if nobody puts them in action.
The general knowledge in regards to schemes to thwart the will of the electorate have been around for years or decades, some of them probably going back to the time of the Roman Empire, and most of the counters to these schemes have been worked out over and over, but there is still apparently little incentive to apply these corrective measures. Might not be prudent or gentlemanly, you know.
Republicans need a new Lee Atwater.
Retiring or leaving
In all so far, 13 GOP House members and four senators are forgoing reelection
next year without declaring their candidacy for a higher office, while just three
Democrats in the House and one in the Senate are retiring outright. More than two
dozen Republicans retired ahead of the 2018 midterms, foreshadowing the blue
wave that swept in a Democratic majority.

What is going on is the changing demographics in these districts: 109 U.S. counties have become majority nonwhite since 2000-these are out of the 250 high population districts in USA-Hispanic population is fastest growing in USA-up to almost 19% of population
I saw it happen in a long time GOP district in Orange County CA-used to vote 75% GOP 20 years ago-now it is less than 45% white and for first time in 80 years ,after a retiring GOP congressman, it is a Dem district
so these retiring are reading the tea leaves instead of taking argument to “people of color” - especially Hispanics who vote 30% GOP -remember Dems majority of their vote comes from “people of color” Black (93% DEm) , Hispanic (70% Dem), Asian (69% Dem) these 3 groups are 2/3rds of Dems voters
True, sometimes taking the high ground is best but it comes with a cost if you are completely quiet and don't respond to the attacks.
