If a guy participates in an armed robbery, are you against taking his weapons away? If a guy goes to a public restaurant and pulls a gun on Conservatives unprovoked, do you wish to allow him a second chance?

How do you come up with this crap? I never said any such thing.

The answer is no, I want them both locked up for a long time for committing a gun crime. That should already be law.

And by the way, they won't be needing their guns in either the joint or the nuthouse.

Really? What is this evidence that allows the government to abrogate a citizen's Second Amendment rights? Is it the sworn testimony of an angry ex? Or an angry neighbor, such as the one who jumped Rand Paul? Or some social media post that some random judge interprets as "evidence"? This red flag nonsense has "slippery slope" written all over it, and this guy Crenshaw is backing it.

I agree, they’re more likely to result in mass sweeps, then to pluck out the 100 or so legit cases nationwide every year - particularly if we give the Democrats free-reign in writing them.

That’s why it’s important that we be involved in writing them from the start - if we can keep them very narrow, then they will have to be very selective as to who they take on. But even better - I don’t see the Dems agreeing to an upper limit, so a year from now, it all goes away, without ANY new laws - yet Trump gets credit from the Soccer Moms for trying, and hopefully gets another 4 years to populate the courts.

If anyone KNOWS the danger of citizens being judged by these Lib activist judges it is Trump, his admin. has been up against them from day one!!! ANYONE can make a complaint against a person and if that person ends up in front of one of these activist judges they are SCREWED!!! I liked much of what Crenshaw has said. This portion is a complete red flag. Just say no.
