Trump should address black Americans and come up with some sort of 2 or 3 step plan designed to help them.
Doesn’t matter if the plan doesn’t exist or what it does say doesn’t happen.
They are ripe for voting 30 percent for Trump.
A little white lie to keep a president in office who is helping them SO MUCH is ok.
Your average Democrat cares more (MUCH more) about Mexicans, Muslims, global warming, abortion, transexuals in the military and impeaching Trump than they do about ANY of their constituents. Trump is ripping the cover off of Democrats. And it is going to leave a mark.

Trump is often accused of trying to win the black vote. I say he's not trying to win the black vote. He's trying to win black voters. Peeling off even 2% of black voters who voted for Hillary in 2016 would be devastating for Democrats in the battleground states they need to flip back.
Just tell them the Truth - Democrats don't care about blacks any more. They're all gaga over Hispanics.

I’ve seen rats the size of cats there dead in the gutter. The residents have been dealing with corrupt political dynasties and family members of even minor functionaries who swank around like vengeful petty gods. It wouldn’t surprise me if people are sick of the status quo.
