Impeachment is a loser.
The D base won’t vote for Trump regardless.
Enough Centrists will find impeachment proceedings (regardless of outcome) distasteful enough to either vote R or not at all, throwing it to Trump.
Impeachment will fail, having zero R votes, and enough D dissent (there being no charges much less evidence) to neutralize D majority advantage.
Should impeachment fail, it’s a dead letter in the R majority Senate.
Impeachment starts = Trump wins.
(And that ignores the civil war angle, which would prove discouraging to impeachment support.)
I suspect AOC & Pelosi have come to an understanding: AOC will continue her “attack dog” shtick, and Pelosi will pretend to restrain her; no impeachment, though the rhetoric continues to garner base support and satisfy the rabid Left.

Let me decode that for you. “$ 4 community health centers” merely means “Money For Community Health Centers”. I think it’s just another democRAT boondoggle crock, but that’s what it means.
