Over 1000 water districts in California, many in urban areas including LA Country, have water systems that are financially mis-managed and whose infrastructure is falling apart.

An Israeli expert wrote a book about how to reform California’s water problems. Among other things, he said reduce the number of water districts to ONE.

Then go on from there.

(There is plenty of water in California; deep down there is about a lake-Michigan size amount. And new techniques for desalinization make that a viable option, also.

(Of course, you can’t do any of that if you are spending all of your money on a high-speed train to nowhere...)

“spending all of your money on a high-speed train to nowhere...)’

Don’t forget all the illegals who will receive free health care while riding the hi-speed train for free.

A prerequisite of good management is to have sane, rational people in charge. California is the land of rotting fruits and nuts.

Hey, access to clean water is a right.

It should be free and plentiful.

Some people live to be 100 without health care. But nobody lives a week without water.

It’s nothing a water meter on every private well can’t solve.

Nothing which requires somebody else’s labor or money is ever a “right”.

Knowing California, they are trying to figure out how to get water to the tent cities.

There’d be plenty of water if there were no illegals. There also wouldn’t be a need to keep building schools and housing encroaching on the wildlife’s habitats and causing pollution for the tree huggers. Californian’s could get to their hair appointments quicker since there would not be traffic problems.

Sounds like the powers in Los Angeles are pushing for statewide control of all water resources so they can send more water (brown or not) to Los Angeles.

Without water supply growth there is no sustainable Democrat growth either. Conservative farmers can fight libtard infestations by not selling any of their water rights and also by opposing dam construction and water projects. Water supply control is possibly the most effective weapon available to control population growth.

Rich mostly-Democrats that own vacation mansions in Monterey, California have successfully managed zero population growth in the area over many years by fighting new water pipelines and desalination projects.

California has been dealing with water issues since they “Created” the Salton Sea over a CA screw up.
They now get most of their water in LA from Colorado mountain runoff.

Its long since time they solve their own problems instead of stealing it from other States.

You aren’t supposed to know that, everyone is supposed to think it is as natural as the air.

Silly post, I own property and I have a well on it and have rights over the water and you want me to pay taxes for it?

You running for a political job in Ca?

They are also taxing or trying to the square footage of your roof and property covered in cement as an impediment to water percolating back into the soil...

You will fit right in

This has to do with distribution systems and how the water companies have poorly or deliberately let them fall apart .

Trump needs to go after California. And ask them aren’t you sick of the rest of the country prospering, while your state is being over run by criminals, the homeless craping in the street, with bubonic plague infested rats feasting off of it? If not, keep voting stupid like Hollywood thinking the next liberal moron will fix things. Or you can vote for someone that can help make California Great Again. Vote Trump
