Remember when Joe DiGenova made all sorts of promises about action coming in “a couple weeks” that was deal a death blow to the leftist swamp creatures? I’m tired of future promises that amount to nothing.

Remember when Gloria had a client that would reveal the whole mess, you know the one that has never been called to testify to anyone. I love those guys but I fear they have acquired a little Hannity optimism.

Saying “the FISA court was defrauded” is giving the benefit of the doubt to the FISA court. If the FISA court had IMMEDIATELY taken steps, to preserve the integrity of the FISA process, I would agree.

As it is, three years in, the FISA court appears to be a willing co-conspirator.

Will any charges come from it? Until it is proven that they are, I am going to say they won’t.

I think that the only obama left office peacefully is that until the votes were counted , he though Hillary would win. He did not have time to plan a resistance strategy.

Nothing to very little of what we already know. Don’t get your hopes up and you won’t be disappointed.

I believe you are a good judge of character and I don’t fault you for still posting to me because you don’t know me personally :)

Nah, I’m ok :)

Barr hasn’t JUST talked, he DID end the mueller probe and effectively shut down most nonsense afterwords.

He has ACTED already, more than sessions did besides letting this whole mueller thing happen.

Correct. This is also why jamming through the FISA court statute renewal through Congress was such a priority for the Deep State. Now when their abuse is finally revealed little can be done because it has already been reauthorized. The FISA courts have been politically corrupted and should be shut down without a doubt.

That makes it sound like people feel free to lie to an IG as long as no one else is going to look his shoulder and do their own investigations. Isn’t an IG as much a Federal agent as any other? IOWs isn’t it a felony to lie to an IG?...I think a special prosecutor or whatever Durham's title is has lots more power than an IG - I don't think an IG can talk to people who've left employment unless they voluntarily come in to be interviewed, and I don't think an IG has subpoena power or the ability to empanel a grand jury - I would imagine people feel there's less chance of being found out or held accountable with an IG than with a whatever Durham is.......

Their resistance began in 2014 against ‘any’ republican that was running....the entire Obama team, the media, DNC all play dirty. ...they had plenty of time to do whatever in order to pave the way for Hillary.

All true but none of that answers whether or not it’s a felony to lie to an IG. One answer I got was that it is.

In any case, everyone who talked to him who now want to come in and revise their statements must have been DoJ employees when Horowitz originally talked to them if not now.

his delay has been going on all year. Where is it? Right behind the DeClass docs that the President is releasing any day now.

Maybe right after the Detroit Lions win their first ever Superbowl. And the national debt is retired.

It may be a felony to lie to the IG, but in situations where so much information-gathering relies on voluntary compliance I think it’s common as long as the investigation isn’t wrapped up to allow people to come back and adjust their statements, at least in minor ways - they can always claim they misremembered or recalled new information - in hopes of getting the best picture possible - Teonsing/DiGenova didn’t seem to think it was out of the ordinary, but did think the pressure brought just because Durham was conducting his investigation would add to what the IG was coming up with....

No doubt since Durham can prefer charges.
