"Hard core conservatives" aren't in favor of rule of the country by Democrat Federal judges, as we've seen said Lefty judges do over the last three years (and before that).

Amash is OK with the appointment of Lefty Democrat Federal judges, because "Muh Hardcore Conservative Principles" won't let him live with a president who is appointing Constitutionalist and originalist judges from the Federalist Society.

Jussy here would be OK with an assembly line of Ruth Bader Corpseburg clones streaming onto the Federal bench.
