It was one of my father favorite pies and he ALWAYS had it when we went to a rather famous seafood restaurant, where he introduced me to grilled swordfish steak and that pie for dessert. That's a favorite childhood memory of mine!

I had lots of roasted chestnuts as a child, marron glace too, and also my family used chestnut puree in some desserts.

Not my theory - but the idea was he blackmails them into giving him financial business - puts their money in a 500 Index fund - hires 20 people - not hundreds and takes a big cut of the action.

It looks like work but is really blackmail...

For all we know he kept supplying children to his ‘friends’... I’m also betting he hit up the same bunch for donations to top democrats and the Clinton Charities.

On another site, someone said that Barr’s Dad may have hired him, but was no longer at the school when he started...the folks there were trying to do a long-term association leading to AG Barr as part of a smear on that site...
