Also, I’ll bet that close to 100% of the women and children who cross the border illegally could get a completely legal tourist visa to visit the USA, and, once in, they can just overstay their visa.
So, why don’t they do that?
My guess is that their husband, or brother, or boyfriend can’t get a tourist visa, and the women and children are frightened to come here - legally - on their own.
It’s possible that new schemes are being worked out to get the women and children here on tourist visas - AFTER the more agile and rugged male family members cross illegally.

Not quite...we start winning when the net totals of illegals goes down...not up at a slower rate. Remember Trump has been president for over two years. I hate to think how many illegals are going to bolster the representation of Left-wing controlled states like New York, California, and Illinois.
