Love the extremely delighted expression on the Asian guy’s face in the background. If you’ve never been in the same room with a bunch of bagpipes, the sound is absolutely electrifying! Also cute: all the young people videoing on their phones, and the AG’s quip “Dare I say this word”!

He can really play! I’m stunned and impressed. I wasn’t expecting this. Having a musical or artistic skill is probably a good way to relax, bring some level of balance back to one’s life. This hobby is completely removed from politics. Some in high pressure jobs will golf, while others will create music or images.
It sure works for Condolezza Rice.
