IQ is not an indicator of success and intelligence by itself.
You also need creativity, knowledge, wisdom, imagination and perseverance.
Unfortunately, Joe lacks all of these traits, so he really is slow.

Obviously the Democrats will decide whom to nominate! You're thrown a softball question such as that and you can't muster the energy to list a few reasons you should be the Democrat Nominee? I thought, “This guy is not going to make it for two years on the campaign trail.”

They asked Ted Kennedy why he wanted to be President and he stammered and couldn't answer. He never thought he be asked and he realized "because I deserve it" wouldn't be good but couldn't come up with something better on the spot. It killed his candidacy.
In theory Biden being unable to say why people should vote for him ought to have the same result but as long as he's in front they media will protect him from possible bad consequences of his unmatched stupidity.
First of all, of course they are lying about Biden’s being way out in front of Trump.
But secondly, in American politics it’s far easier to overcome a deficit than to hold onto a lead, especially a very early lead.
So it’s a good thing, maybe, that the stupid media is masking the truth: that Trump has an early lead.
