That’s it. A national protest rejection of Kay Jewelers is in order.......
I wonder how he felt when she said, “Just doing my job...”
Wonder who they’re gonna call if there’s a hold-up?
From the article:
“Kay Jewelers responded on Facebook, saying they sincerely apologize for the mishandling of this matter. The business said they were in the process of reaching out to the deputy involved.”
I’ve done business at Kay. If the above is true, I’m satisfied. Would like to have read the employee was admonished, but of course the employee might be a protected homo sapiens.
Sounds like he had already paid for the ring. Couldn’t they have brought it out of the actual store to him? He could have called in LEO to say that the store was refusing to give him the ring that he paid for. That might have been interesting.
I agree that a boycott of this jewelry chain is in order.
Every Diss begins with Kay? ;-)
911 Dispatcher: “Armed robbery at Kay Jewelers? OK, we’ll send an unarmed detective over in about 3 or 4 hours, when one gets freed up. Thank you and...have a nice day.”
I assume the manager has been let go.
Obviously not too smart or a bit off mentally.
Well, he’s got a gun and handcuffs. If you ‘interfere with government administration’, you are subject to arrest. I’m surprised he didn’t haul the store manager down to the pokey for a spell.
In front of the manager he should have called VISA and cancelled the payment to Kay.
So, When Kay Jewelers is being ROBBED , a deputy must leave his service weapon outside the store before coming to help?........................if they come at all, now...........
It sure a boycott is in order. The company apologized and will retrain their idiot staff in this office. Sounds more like a small group of libs decided they should exercise their ideology at the expense of their employer.
Egad. They should now hang a sign that says “Come rob us, no armed Law Enforcement allowed”.
Most Excellent!....................
Sorry. Not sure a boycott...
Every killing begins with “K”
Come rob us, no armed Law Enforcement allowed. But only if you use a knife or club. No guns allowed..
Pajama Boy................
Why should I ever do business with you in the future unless the managers of your store on the Turnersburg Highway in Statesville, NC, is fired for insulting an Iredell County deputy attempting to pick up a pre-purchased engagement ring?
If you wish to degrade law officers, my business will never come your way and I will ask all my friends to do the same. I am
Most sincerely yours,
DC Lee
