If I were the boys’ father, I’d wait to he gets out in about 10 years for good behavior and put a bullet in his head fro about 400 yards.

Looks like a racially motivated hate crime to me.

From April 2019...

A 5-year-old boy who was seriously injured when he was thrown from a third-floor balcony at the Mall of America near Minneapolis remains hospitalized. ...”

Potts said investigators don’t believe Aranda knew the boy’s family and do not have a motive.

A witness, Brian Johnson, told WCCO-TV on Friday that he heard a woman scream that her child had been thrown from the balcony.

He said she was screaming, “Everybody pray, everybody pray.

Oh my God, my baby, someone threw him over the edge.”

Court records show that Aranda has a history of convictions for misdemeanor offense.

He was charged in two previous incidents at the mall in 2015.

Potts said some of those cases were handled through mental health court, but he didn’t elaborate.

At one point, Aranda had a trespass notice banning him from the mall, but it was no longer in effect, Potts said. ...”

Here’s hoping he meets Justice in prison.

Prisons are full of black guys who aren't going to care in the slightest that he tried to murder a random white boy.

I’d do it from 4 yards.

Incredible the little guy survived. Hadn't realized it was from a 3rd-floor balcony!

Personally, being an “Old Testament” sort of guy, I think somebody should have tossed ARANDA off the same balcony & see if he can fly.

“Court records show Aranda was arrested on July 4, 2015, after police said he matched the description of a man throwing things off the upper level of the Mall of America to the lower level.

Police say Aranda refused to give his name and resisted arrest.

Aranda also was accused of walking into a mall store and sweeping his hand across a display table, breaking glasses.

In October 2015, Aranda was accused of throwing glasses in Twin Cities Grill in the mall.

The complaint says Aranda approached a woman who was waiting for the restaurant to open and asked her to buy him something.

The woman refused, and Aranda allegedly threw a glass of water in her face and a glass of tea that struck her leg.

Aranda was under a trespass notice at the time banning him from the mall until July 4, 2016.”

Look, no one would ever defend this mans despicable actions. But calling for vigilantism by recommending that the father resort to a vengeance murder or hoping that other prisoners would murder him is disgusting.

Exactly.

Why plea it down to a lighter sentence?

Oh yeah, to save the taxpayer money./sarc

From April 2019...

Bloomington Police Chief Jeffrey Potts said Sunday that the boy is “still alive and receiving care,” and that the family wants privacy. Children’s Hospital Minneapolis had no information to release.

Potts said during a news conference that the boy fell nearly 40 feet after a man who apparently didn’t know the boy or his family threw him off the balcony Friday. Authorities haven’t released the boy’s name.

Here we are, our last hope for justice is that the dregs of society will rise up and commit vigilantism.

It seems as far as his sentencing his mental capacity was taken into consideration. So what if he’s not playing with a full deck? Judging by his record, if Floyd Mayweather, Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, Conner McGregor, etc were standing at the same exact spot at the same exact time instead of that child he would’ve had the wherewithal not to start sh!t with those guys. That POS knew damn well what he was doing.

As my wife likes to say, even ax murderers have children.
