I’ve been watching him since day one. He’s the best there is....and absolutely NO agenda. For realz!
A tornado is not catastrophism, neither for that matter is a hurricane, nor the straight-line winds we get here (we also get an occasional tornado).
I can’t tear myself away. I’ll have to soon, though.
Steve just reported 100+ injured!
Well, if anything’s going to happen to our house with the cats inside, I’ll be here with them. We’ll go out together if that’s what’s in the cards.
The view he showed of the area where the people want to retrieve their pets didn’t look like a place where dogs could be chained outside. A little hard to tell since he didn’t zoom in much.
Ugh. Funny the Weather Channel was not covering it at all they have been saying all week there would be huge tornados. So I am glad this link was posted on here.
I can see you like Dorothy and Toto only it would be radu with 38 kitties. The wicked witch would think twice about tangling with y’all! :)
Wow. Now showing damage from Eldon where the tornado also hit. The morning is going to bring a lot of shock to people who can’t see much tonight.
Well, I’ll go for now. Peaches is very unhappy that I’m still sitting up. LOL! Talk tomorrow!
It must have you keyed up if you’re still up at this hour. LOL
I heard Steve’s report on the injured. I’ve had him up for a while now.
Ok, that pic I posted was from earlier and is the tornado as it approached Jefferson City. A storm chaser got the footage.
No wonder the city is such a wreck.
He is the ONLY one covering this important story! He should be given an award! And this late still has 180 viewers on Periscope alone!
I like that he has the scanner going as he finds photos to match what they are talking about.
It would be VERY hard to evacuate all these cats, especially since we sold the motorhome. If I can’t take ‘em with me, I’m not going anywhere.
Daylight is going to be a real eye-popper when the extent of the damage is visible, not just in Jefferson City but everywhere else that’s been hit overnight. There are STILL tornado warnings popping up.
Uh oh. Peaches is inside. Good luck sleeping through the night!
The Weather Channel, is a waste of time. I was really hoping the new owner, would revert to the old format, weather 24 hours.
What are we blessed with this morning, a rerun of “Weather Gone Viral”.
I hope he’ll have a follow-up stream tomorrow. Depends on how much breaking news there is. he’s been on for nearly 7 hours with no food and about 3 potty breaks. Better man than I am! LOL!
Ok. I’m really going now. See ya tomorrow. Good for you having your tunes done! I don’t. :)
There’ll be news coverage galore tomorrow, I’d say.
He’s a trooper. I didn’t realize he’d been broadcasting that long tonight. We wouldn’t mind if he nibbled and sipped a little while when he’s on this long.
Sleep well.
An E5?

Theyve been spotted this morning stuck on the rocks.
Eldon, Missouri got smacked pretty hard.
It’s just south of Jeff.
South of the Lake of the Ozarks, the Montreal community also got hit.
Prayers Up for all. We’ve had a few bad ones in Wisconsin through the years. No fun. None. :(
Scary. We live in a stick frame cabin, built pole barn style with the South being 4 foot off the ground. Lebanon is 100 miles West of us and Jeff’ city 80 miles North.
Our real house is going to be dug into the ground a bit and have a root cellar/shelter up against it.
‘Im close by. The worst missed us, just some heavy rain. Jeff got hit pretty hard. It sucks.”
I was there when Joplin took the hit back in 2011.
