I suspect though, that the rape charge vs. abortion test case (”She only *claimed* rape since she NEEDED an abortion...” and the cops\hospital staffs would break the law to back her up) wouldn’t be too long after govt, correctly, gets its nose out from under the tent.

Sally gets pregnant, doesn’t want a baby ruining her figure.
She claims rape in order to get an abortion. But the hospital admittance clerk says Sally will have to identify her rapist to the police. Sally really wants the abortion so she falsely accuses Bob of rape.
Bob is terrified. The police advise Sally that if Bob is found innocent of rape, Sally will have to serve out the prison sentence Bob would have received.
Sally decides she wasn’t raped and carries the baby to term. When baby Tony is born, Sally actually bonds and keeps the baby, suing Bob for child support. Bob is pissed that Sally was willing to send him to prison, and skips out. Sally goes on welfare, and starts looking for another baby daddy.

These people’s brains are back assward. The sadness is the murdered innocents, not that a woman will not prefer to murder an innocent. Did they stop making birth control of the normal type?
