The issue should be that justice is blind and if such crimes were committed, they should be prosecuted. It shouldn’t be a question of only prosecuting pols if those pols have personally gone after Trump and his family. And holding “leverage” (blackmail) against other pols as some sort of mutually-assured destruction policy makes a pol as bad as those he is leveraging/blackmailing.
There are several pathways towards an act to incinerate one’s enemies.
Think logically. Identify all the game pieces.
1. What is POTUS now doing to Iran?
Ans. He is wrecking their economy with sanctions and with a halt to the Iran Deal.
2. What is the result of POTUS’s policy in Iran?
Ans. Chaos, hyperinflation, riots in the streets.
3. What is the result if POTUS incinerates Kerry?
Ans. He removes only ONE individual rather than bring an overthrow of the Mullahs in Iran. BUT IMPORTANTLY if Kerry is removed then the Mullahs won’t have a dumbass Democrat sitting there holding their hand coaxing them to ride the Trump Train out until 2020. Think about this, the longer they hold out, the nastier the Iranian people get with them. Kerry is playing into POTUS’s hands.
Let it sink in: Let Kerry fantasize and persuade Iran’s Mullahs to hold out until 2020 because it helps foment revolution in the streets because POTUS’s policies are causing massive inflation, shortages, chaos that gets worse by the week. And we know something is brewing that’s even worse for the regime in Iran because of the unusual pow-wow in Langley.
Trump is not after Kerry for now, he’s after the regime in Iran. Screw Kerry, he’s small potatoes but eventually he will get what’s coming to him. For now, let his foolishness play a role of keeping the Mullahs confused.

I didn’t say violation of the Logan Act amounts to treason. I said Kerry is a traitor. I inferred POTUS wants to hang him as he should.
Read the treason statute. Kerry is under an oath of allegiance. Kerry is in my view guilty of aiding enemies of the United States. If indicted, he could very well be facing charges of treason.
POTUS is merely choosing a clear crime that Kerry is committing, one that any voting American can understand. Violating the Logan Act is a felony and the Logan Act itself is very easy to understand.
In Kerry’s response to POTUS. Kerry never rebutted the President’s charges. Instead, he responded through adolescent-minded reporters at CNN that he, as the architect of the Iran deal, was merely advising the Iran Regime as was customary with ex-heads of states. Find the CNN video of Kerry’s response. He knows Trump has him in his sights.
Trump, I thought you were for law and order. Everyone should be prosecuted, if they broke the law, not if it looks bad or not, Give me a break.

When facing a determined enemy, power unwielded is weakness. Trump should act now against his enemies, or continue to suffer insult and injury. His presidency is slipping away and his enemies have thus far seen little to fear. Will the FBI, CIA, NSA, and Justice even follow his orders? He seems to be hinting they won’t.
