I love the man and I’m not predicting failure - but it’s a little frustrating to have to continually read tweets like “someone should really look into...” when he has the tower to TELL people to look into these things.
I guess I’m just getting impatient for justice to happen in this country.
I don’t doubt that you are pro-Trump. Half the people that doubt him are genuine supporters!
The real question is not whether justice will be served, but rather what form the punishment will take. The capital form of punishment - seeing Obama, Clinton, Lynch, Rice, Holder, McCabe, Comey, Brennon, etc.. dangling from a rope - just forget about it right now. It’s never going to happen. Even significant jail time - not happening.
Why? Because the American people prefer to mete out a different type of punishment for political crimes.
Hillary Clinton already got a taste of what’s in store for these Democrats who abused their power: Political banishment.
Total humiliation and defeat at the ballot box is a very powerful and appropriate punishment. Also, it’s the best we’re going to get so we may as well savor it.
Here’s the thing: In order to hang people or hand out long prison sentences, President Trump would not only have to get his DOJ to carry it out, but he’d also have to have the public solidly in support of such actions. Otherwise, the enemy owned MSM would easily turn the public against Trump and the Republicans, and the Democrats would all wind up getting pardoned, re-elected and made into martyrs. So, one way or another, it’s the public that needs to be convinced of their guilt, not the DOJ.
President Trump is focused on the right goal here: convince the PUBLIC of their guilt and his innocence - expose them - bring their wrongdoings to light - and meanwhile, prove to the American public that all he wants to do is MAGA. Period.
Trust the people to mete out the proper punishment in the form of total political humiliation and defeat for the DNC and MSM.
I know what you’ll say: “two-tier justice system” - and you are right, there IS a two tier system when it comes to politics. I’m afraid you’ll just have to accept the reality that these people are not going to be hanged or serve long sentences for treason. That would only martyr them and make them into folk heroes after they got pardoned.
But if I’m right about what the President has in store for them, it will be well worth the wait. Total humiliation and defeat where it counts - at the ballot box. Their names will be dirt - neither they or their children or grandchildren will able to get elected dog catcher. The talking heads on CNN, MSNBC, late night show hosts, - their ratings are going down the toilet as they double down on Trump hate. People are sick of it and President Trump proves them wrong every day for all to see. The Democrat congressional leaders, the Leftist Hollywood celebrities, the ex Obama administration officials writing their books and making the rounds on the talk show circuit. They are all doubling down on Trump hate - but it’s a losing bet because President Trump is endearing himself to the American people while they are embarrassing themselves and exposing their ugliest side to the public.
Trump is winning! Enjoy it! Savor it!

I also think he doesn’t want to bring Hillary to justice because of the civil unrest such an act would cause. I’m pretty sure that’s why, immediately after the election, he very publicly attempted to bury the hatchet with that demon. Unfortunately, she won’t / can’t let go of her blind hatred for his audacity in defeating her to begin with so THAT move kind of back fired.
I really half-suspect that everyone in Washington, RAT and Republican alike, as just kind of hoping for the creature to keel over and assume room temperature so they can just pretend the whole thing never happened and sweep it all under the carpet.
That’s one thing, though, but I really do think the people who engaged in this coup (which might include Hillary, for all I know) DO need to be brought to justice, whether Trump likes it or not. Without that, not only is justice denied, but good people’s faith in the justice system is subverted.

I would argue that negotiations are no longer the objective. Kerry is totally irrelevant
President Trump is now deep in the in the process of destroying Iran.
Since Iran can not be trusted there is no point in negotiations. The remaining course is to destroy the Iranian enemy. Iran exists because of waivers to the sanction on the sale of crude.
That waiver has been lifted on enough customers to disrupt the entire Iranian economy. Trump has provided those with lifted sanctions more than enough alternate sources for the crude. Those nations are not damaged by the lifting of the waivers. The GCC producers are pleased to sell the new customers.

I don’t think the MSM monopoly has been destroyed nearly enough yet in order for that to happen. They own the airwaves.
As long as the Left can get away with telling only their twisted version of what happened, the public will not perceive what these ex Obama officials did as treason. If the public doesn’t see it as treason, then they will think hangings and long prison sentences are way too severe. Instead of viewing it as justice, they will be convinced it is merely Trump’s political revenge and retribution. The MSM will be able to use it as their smoking gun. “See? We were right about Trump all along - he’s a first class Tyrant, executing and imprisoning his political adversaries!”

I hope people will feel at least some satisfaction when President Trump easily wins re-election in 2020. Think of what a profound rebuke that will be of everything his enemies have been desperately fighting for. That will be nothing less than the American people handing down a judgment against the Democrat Party and the Fake News, saying to President Trump’s enemies: “We think he was telling the truth all along - we think you were the ones lying. We trust him and not you.”

That may be exactly what he’s doing. I’m thinking of his comments to the press the day that back-stabbing Republican POS Burr decided to subpoena Donald Jr. for no reason. Trump didn’t let his anger show at all, and he must be angry. As always, he’s several steps ahead of everyone else, I think.
