FULL TITLE: US cop is found guilty of third-degree murder and manslaughter after he shot dead Australian woman Justine Damond in her pyjamas
The US cop who shot dead an unarmed Australian woman in her pyjamas outside her home has been found guilty of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
A jury of ten men and two women reached a verdict on Tuesday in the trial of former Minnesota police officer Mohamed Noor after three weeks of testimony. The jurors were sequestered.
Noor, 33, was charged with murder and manslaughter in the 2017 death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Australia.
Damond, 40, was shot shortly after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault behind her home.

Is it just me, or does that sentence read like he shot someone who was already dead?
Alright1 He should have never been given a badge and a gun.
Good, and color me surprised.
He should have never been allowed in this country!!
Is this getting national attention in the US? I haven’t seen or heard it making the MSM rounds today.
If it was a white cop who shot an unarmed black woman you would know all about it.
Good. Very good.
Had the Australian woman worn a slave burka, then Somali Muslim may not have shot the Kafir ?
“”Is it just me, or does that sentence read like he shot someone who was already dead?””
That’s exactly what it said!! I want to know when we’re going to hear from the loud mouth Omar...bet it won’t take her long to give us her opinion...

(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.”
Admit that it surprised me.
I guess we dont get to hang him. Oh well, this is better than nothing.
“609.205 MANSLAUGHTER IN THE SECOND DEGREE.
A person who causes the death of another by any of the following means is guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than ten years or to payment of a fine of not more than $20,000, or both:
(1) by the person’s culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; or...”
Not a lawyer and didn’t know what Third degree murder or 2nd degree manslaughter meant.
