Cost? I see we’ve dropped the facade of every needing the answer for AUTHORITY.
Damn shame the (R)N(C) pool couldn’t be started up...The party of “small govt” didn’t waste 2sec. before jumping on board that no bets could be placed fast enough.
It shows some deep hypocrisy and criminality on the Dems part to hungrily spend 2T dollars and then withhold a few billion for the border wall. And yes, I think Trump has some leverage here.
Something tells me that if this President is willing to spend that kind of money, somewhere in the details there will be mechanisms to make sure it is spent in the right manner. If not, I’m thinking there will be hell to pay. And I’m also thinking that somewhere in the process, certain guarantees or benchmarks will be made perfectly clear to any and all contractors taking part of this.
Of course, this will be directly opposite of how the previous occupant of the White House did things, where he just borrowed money from China and made it rain, like he was in a gay strip club, to all his buddies and donors. And those two idiots are probably thinking they’re about cash in and be able to take care of a few folks.
