Nothing Trump said was a personal attack on Dukakus... just a joke about the reality of him being in that tank that day.
Trying to spin this as an attack on Mr Dukakis is nonsense.
As to the McCain/Trump Feud, that was personal, on both sides... So, not sure how trying to connect the comment at the tank factory to that is nonsense.

I saw a vid clip of Dukakis on Fox News when the Dems were pushing the Nat’l Emergency as an abuse of power. No President should have that much power/ the House sontrols the purse strings, not the President, yada yada. Same talking points they all used at the time.
Then PDJT made fun of his tank ads and Dukakis called Trump the draft dodger-in-chief.
