But this is an example of the tactic that the left will take when the rain of ruin falls upon them. They will try to inoculate themselves with this long before he does anything “vengeful”, i.e., ensuring that the persons that tried to usurp an election while enriching themselves are brought to swift and harsh justice.
This same article could have been written about pretty much every single Democrat and reporter writing about McCain, as Republican nominee, in the 2008 presidential campaign.

The President was right on that one. The visual of Trump in a tank would not have been helpful to the campaign.

Hey, this is a culture war in which the conservative side has never fought, much less fought back. There is a lot of catching up to do, in my opinion. Keep on dishing it, President Trump! If the Republican party had ever done its job, you would not have so much work to do at such a late date.

It is a FACT that Dukakis getting in a tank and donning the helmet damaged his image and career.
All that Trump did was to mention that he would not repeat the same mistake, although he was tempted.
And then yes, he threw a small verbal jab, a joke, at Dukakis by saying the helmet was bigger than him. Is that it? is that all it takes to trigger a liberal?
Is that all it takes for the over-the-top insults against President Trump to start pouring in? ‘gutless’, ‘draft dodger’, ‘strange man’.

I guess I can forgive Dukakis, because that incident so many years ago must have left a very painful mark that he feels to this day.
